The store looked okay, there were three people in front of me and the associate was filling and taking orders. Another was handling the grill and the Manager was filling the sauce trays. Think we could of done that after all customers where gone. Ordered a single and double cheeseburger and fries. Amazingly everything was hot and very tasty. Thank you for that. Nothing else jumped out at me that stood out either good or bad. $20.00 for all of the food. read more

No wonder it has two stars!! Staff tonight was lazy and slow af ! Dirty and too many twatsss standing around doing nothing! Good luck to the regional manager here! read more

Ordered a single no mayonnaise, got a single lathered with mayonnaise! Wife ordered a crispy chicken sandwich no mayonnaise, got a Jr bacon cheeseburger loaded with mayonnaise! Fries were cold, no napkins. Wendy's used to be our favorite but this is the third time in a year because of this incompetence. Everyone of these are horribly managed!! Be another year before we go again. Chic fi la is lined up around the building, no one in the drive through at Wendy's for a reason. Wake management!!! You are closing 241 stores company wide for this reason. read more

Food was old , had done sat there, ordered a burger wrong meat was put on it and bun was hard as a rock.

First the dining room door was locked, that Should have been my first clue, second the only thing that was good ice tea , everything else was cold , hamburger meat cold, the bun was hard and old read more

First when I pulled up to Wendy's they told me to come inside to order. But, then I looked in front of me and have to wait about 15 MINUTES just to see the people in front of me get food. Then as I'm pulling off I see people behind me obviously make an order. Worst. Service. Ever. read more

They would not take any orders at the counter until 5:00 pm and it was 4:20 pm. I am not sure how they will be able to maintain the business with this work ethic. read more

Closed at 11:30 pm today. Several cars in the drive thru. I had to get off and when I went into the store, they told me there were closed

Going to this Wendy's was a snap decision while doing a roadtrip. We never looked at the ratings it had (2 star) as we pulled up to order. Then we saw the menu was for breakfast at 1:45pm and at that moment the friendly Wendy's employee said something about coming out to change the menu over. My immediate thought was: "wait, are we the first customer for lunch?" and I pulled out my phone to check the ratings with Yelp. Upon seeing the rating I half considered aborting the mission. Anyway, we decided to roll the dice and ordered big bacon classic and cheese burger combos. The staff were friendly and the food was served quickly. The food was also fine. So it goes to show that the star rating is not always an indicator of what you're going to get. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 star rating (instead of 5) is the confusion over the menu, but in all fairness this was a really minor issue. read more

we have been getting wendy's dave burger like once every 3 months and every single time the meat is not done, we tried it again and will not be trying it anymore. read more

Wendy's - a hamburger and fries on a wrapper - Fast Food Near Me - Cottondale, Alabama

this is always been a problem child Wendy's for the Tuscaloosa area. I call it hit or miss sometimes you coming it's really good sometimes it's really shit.. once in a blue moon you get in between which is what I got tonight. got the homestyle chicken fillet combo with the chicken patty lettuce tomato and mayo long with a nice baked potato to sour creams one butter and of course they now have the freestyle machine so I can enjoy my diet ginger ale.. however they still haven't figured out how to get out of low gear and go to the next year they're still extremely slow here. buy chicken patty although it was cooked is almost to the end of the life cycle it's about time to make some new ones I think I got one of the end of the lines that wasn't hot it was warm but it's a double but on the other flip side of the coin I've gotten shity baked potatoes from Wendy's have baked potato was fantastic..from the nice thing to get burned out on fries and hash browns and 12th and go to Wendy's and get yourself a baked tater.. so all in all about two and a half stars but I went with the benefit of the doubt getting the extra cuz of potato is really good and really fresh hooray.. sidebar I changed my review actually three-and-a-half. the manager looked at that too and said what is that said that's my chicken sandwich he's like no it's not. I'll take me 6 minutes but I'm going to cook you a fresh one that thinks should not even been served it should have been tossed with the other ones they were way past time dry... shows the proactiveness of the manager gets a little bit better review read more

Spicy chicken nuggets. Nuff said. Apparently not enough was said since I cant post a review that short. So, $5 biggie bag is a sweet deal, although I preferred the 4 for $4. Beggars cant be choosers and I seem to always be begging for those spicy nuggets. read more

I was told drive thru was closed but to come inside. That weird I get inside to be greeted by loud music and 5 employees at this point drive thru should be open If y'all have time to talk and text. This was ridiculous. If the MOD only knew what I could do with five employees. Please understand I really don't care for this location. This could be a very profitable location if it only had the right leadership. Take it from a General Manager 7-18-2022 9pm read more

We walked in and no one was in line. No one in the dining room. We stood at the counter while 4-5 employees talked loud and laughed with each other. They never acknowledged that we were there. One looked at us but kept on playing. Honestly why do they hire people who don't give a crap about working? And they wonder why they don't get a pay raise. And oh.... a dude had a scrub brush scrubbing a tad in a dryer and the counter too. Disgusting read more

Called about 10:45 pm asked if chocolate frosty was available was told yes I go out there about 20 mins later and their emptying machine I asked was it still ok to consume both employees said yes the female said it's still frozen which was a lie to make matters worse they tried to get me to buy a large instead of small both of them knowing the ice cream had melted. So I guess if you enjoy being lied to and sold bad merchandise then this is where you need to eat. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 10 min waiting for them to take my order and all they could say is please hold!! The worst Wendy's ii have ever been to!!! I wish they would just close this place down and put something there that would actually be decent!!! read more

Asked me for my order I place order Then they say wait hang on over 5 minutes no response no one in the store no one at the window read more

They allowed several cars to repeatedly drive up and someone would appear to press the button and not say a mumbling word look through the window at us and simply walk away. Not a "please hold" or any explanation offered whatsoever. I get COVID has you stretched thin but without customers you won't even have a job at all. read more

Went in ordered a med. French fries and small coke ask the young lady to let them stay 10 sec longer than timer, but she didn't start the timer until the fries had been in for a minute then started the timer and when went off she was going to put my fries back in when I said something the manager ( who was standing behind her watching the whole time ) told her to give him his fries well sure enough their well done not done well. I really thought that as smart as kids are today she could follow the simple instruction but NO and that's the third time that my food has been messed up at this Wendy's so be careful. read more

We ALWAYS have to pull around and wait for them to bring the food out because they NEVER have it ready.

I had the worst experience there went in and was asked what can I get u not Hey welcome to Wendy's or anything the bad part is it was the manager then I can asked what the chili cups looked like and she got a attitude then when I got in the car and was fixing to eat it was like my food was threw together there was sauce all over the bottom of my youth bun and it made a mess ur at a truck stop u know people who really going tobe eating in their car it's obvious the management don't care read more

Absolutely terrible service. The drive through made everyone park and wait for their food. Once they finally brought me my food, the frostys I ordered had already completely melted. COMPLETELY MELTED! That's the whole reason anyone even goes to Wendy's in the first place. The entire time I was forced to wait on my food a car alarm was going off, which has happened everytime I have ever been to this Wendy's which is twice. I will never stop at this exit again thanks for ruining my day Wendy's of Cottondale. read more

I just wanted to give this restaurant staff the credit they deserve. I called ahead to let them know we had a group of 60 stopping for lunch. They assured me they would be ready for us. When we arrived we received the quickest service I have ever seen at a Wendy's and every order was correct! Very efficient, very clean and very friendly! Thank you!! read more
