I ordered a Spider-Man Meal today, Tuesday, May 23, 2023 for my daughters' birthday. I was supposed to get a burger, an ice cream, and mozzarella sticks. I assumed the ice cream machine was broken. However, when I asked my daughter about the mozzarella sticks she told me she didn't get them. When I called the location they told me it doesn't come in a meal; It is sold separately. I will never patronize this location again!!!

This place is horrible!!! Please keep driving. We try to go thru the drive thru no one answered. But people in front of us. So we decided to go in. Worst service, food was horrible. The soda machine had no ice, and the sodas tasted like dirt. Who knew that was possible. $33 for 3 people we got back to our hotel and could not eat it. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard. The fries we not fresh at all. With very little around and being by 3 hotels you think they could try harder.

This place is bad. The only good thing is the food. Restrooms are bad, sink does not work, they are nasty. There is no baby changing station. Everything is dirty, only 1 or 2 tables are clean. Customer service is good, i mean yeah they did pack my burger with the wrap opposite. Drink machine is out of all the good drinks, only the drinks that no one want are available. Food is very well cooked and hot, drinks are good too. Place is clean in the outside, location is perfect (maybe that is why this place hasn't close yet). In all this place is pretty bad in higiene, but good in food. If you are in a hurry sure go ahead, but there are better places down the road.

What a disappointment with the change to the Whopper - smaller hamburger, only one tomato, less lettuce and THE SAME PRICE!

I've been coming to Freddy's here in Tuscaloosa since it first opened, and while I've always had…read moresolid experiences, today was by far the best visit yet. I ordered the Freddy's Original Double, which I've had plenty of times before, but today it just hit different. The burger was cooked perfectly--fresh off the grill, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The toppings were spot on and balanced just right. When a burger is dripping with juices as you bite into it, you know it's done right. Nobody wants one of those dry, Sahara-desert burgers where you need a sip of water after every bite. This one definitely wasn't that. If the burgers are cooked like they were today every time, this place would be slam packed 24/7. The service was great too--quick turnaround, friendly smile at the register, and good food on a Sunday afternoon after church. I also noticed a Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich on the menu that looks like it might be fire, so I'll definitely be back soon to give that one a try. Great job today, Freddy's. Keep turning out burgers like that and you'll keep me coming back.

The service was, unfortunately, nonexistent…read more We stopped in about an hour before closing, so there was still plenty of time to order. If it had only been a few minutes before closing, we never would have gone in. When we walked in, the two employees behind the counter immediately seemed annoyed that customers had arrived. We stood at the front counter waiting to order for about 15 minutes. During that entire time, neither employee acknowledged us, made eye contact, or even said they'd be with us shortly. Instead, they slowly walked around, appearing visibly irritated and mumbling under their breath. I kept thinking someone would eventually help us, but after waiting that long without even being acknowledged, we finally left and went somewhere else. I was honestly shocked because I've never experienced service like that before. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food since we never even had the opportunity to place an order.

Very friendly service at the counter and at my table. I ordered the half-and-half, half buffalo…read morechicken wrap, and the berry salad. What I did like is the buffalo chicken wrap came with a grilled chicken versus a fried chicken. The berry salad came with a citrus vinaigrette. The greens in the salad were amazingly fresh and crunchy and as advertised as they do local farm to table, they must've been local sourced. They were probably the freshest salad greens that I've had anywhere. It was very quiet in there today, it was only about 4:30 pm and a Monday. The place was very clean and everybody was busy working. This is always a must visit for me. I come here at least once or twice every six months. One thing I will say is there a lot of of people at the drive-through window...I could hear the bell ringing every 10 minutes or so. Prices are reasonable as well.

First time at this spot, and my initial impression was positive. I would say, I love, love, love…read morethat they use Big Green Egg's inside the restaurant on the line. If you've never had meat (or VEGGIES!) cooked on a BGE, it will change your life. This fact alone will bring me back to try other things. Before I get into the meal, my only real complaint was that they only had a soda machine and tea. I had brought my mother along, and she already had lunch and wanted just to sit and chat. As it was a very cold day she was gonna order a coffee and they don't offer anything hot! It's definitely an opportunity to expand here even if it was just so simple as putting a Keurig machine in the back. I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It is served with grilled chicken in a grilled wrap and cheddar cheese. If there was a buffalo sauce, I didn't taste any. I was a little disappointed in the wrap. The flavor didn't really stand out as being cooked on the Big Green Egg. The cheese wasn't really melted, which can be a common problem with shredded cheddar cheese, but it also didn't really have the buffalo flavor that I was looking for in a buffalo chicken wrap (maybe it was a Toledo Ohio wrap I don't know just not spicy. ) It served with a side of ranch which I juiced up with some Cholula and that helped. I i'm not knocking the quality of the food because it was good. It just didn't live up to the expectations I had in my head based on the menu description. It also came with a side, which I chose the broccoli salad. This was nicely done with bacon, I believe some quinoa and the broccoli was chopped up nicely so you didn't have huge chunks. Also, it wasn't overly sauced so that would make it runny. Overall I give the property four out five stars. Also, the flavor of the whole meal was fine. Good size portion and good value for your money.

This spot is so good, the Taco Burger is where it's at. The burritos are good (go hit Taco Bell…read morenext door for a burrito, these are ok) , but forget that. I do think the beans and rice are way better, taco casa should really just well one thing. Get a taco burger with extra cheese, hot sauce and don't forget a sweet tea, the sweet Tea is perfect. I didn't try anything else on the menu, just do it. A taco a burger is a throw back to the old Taco Bell "Bell Beefer" if you're old enough to remember them. A nice soft bun, ground beef, cheese and a little lettuce and tomato. Perfection. They nailed it! If the line seems long (4-5 cars) don't worry, it moves fast and seems to be a local favorite. To finalize this spot, it's good trashy American Mexican food, the Taco a burger is not some authentic Mexican dish, it's a taco on a bun. Enjoy and don't forget to order a large sweet tea!!!!

The ambience reminded me of a 1970s Taco Bell, in a good way . Taco sauce might have spiced up the meal. It's a very affordable place to eat.
