Ordering on the app where Wendy's is currently offering a "$2 Double" special, I went inside to pick up my burger. When I stepped up to the counter, I could see into the kitchen that they were just getting started on assembling it. At 3pm on a weekend, the dining room was empty but clean. Soda station and condiments were tidy and stocked properly. There had been no trash in the parking lot. The cook handed me my burger and explained that because I had ordered it without the bun (yay, keto diet!), he had left off the ketchup and mayo, putting packets in the bag. That was a really nice touch and much appreciated. I ate the burger in the van with knife and fork. Completely let down at the quality of food. As you can see the tomato is no good, it tastes sour and the actual chicken is burnt. Never had a burnt chicken sandwich. Spend too much to throw it away. read more

Don't order at this place! Placed an order on the app like I normally do on my lunch break to make getting food easier. For reference the past few times I've been here the service has not been the greatest to rude employees or employees that don't even say a word to you when giving you your order at the window. Anyways I picked up my order like normal and the lady at the window basically threw the bag at me and said have a good one without even making sure it's the right order or anything plus I didn't even get my drink so I waited till someone came back to the window and said I didn't get my drink. After looking around she finally got my drink and I pulled off. Upon returning to my work I opened that bag and my burger was supposed to be a son of a baconator and it was a basic cheeseburger(no bacon) with ketchup and mayonnaise on it which is not what I ordered at all. A lot of places mess up orders and I'm a very understanding person but this happens way too much now anywhere you go and it's unacceptable when I pay $11+ for a combo when if I wanted a plain cheese burger I could've got a biggie bag instead for half the price after tax. The door says that the dining room is open until 10:00pm. At 9:00pm, all doors are locked and people are eating in the dining room. This is a fire hazard. Aside from locking all the doors prior to the advertised hours, this is a safety issue. Manually locked doors in the path of egress is a fire safety violation. While we were in the area we stopped and got a quick lunch here at Wendy's. It was a good dining experience. This has to be the most un respectable place I have ever been to! I circled the building to get in line at the drive-through. There was no one in front of me, or no one behind me. I sit there for five minutes after no one to take my order I was going to get a little closer to the speaker. Their worker rudely tells me I have to circle the building. I cannot just back up and order I said what are you talking about? I have sit here for five minutes waiting. No apologies or anything so I told him I would take my business somewhere else. Still, no apologies and very rude. And when I drive by the window, he was making hand gestures very unprofessional. you really need to learn how to treat your customers. We stopped here on a road trip. This is probably the nastiest place I have ever been in and I have been in restaurants in third world countries. Everything was filthy, at least 10 flies were flying around as well. They were out of toys for kid's meals as well as napkins and paper towels for the restroom. This is a decent location. The atmosphere is quite cozy..which is nice, considering I was here in snowy December. Also, they have 2 tv's. Couple negatives: There is no free wifi and the staff is just average (not friendly, not mean). I pulled in today a few minutes before this Wendy's opened and realized I would have to wait so I parked away is another gentleman pulled in and parked in their parking lot to wait for them to open at 10 o'clock we only had two or three minutes to wait I waited until about five minutes after 10 and pulled around in the drive-through in about the same time the gentleman got out of his car I pulled up to the drive-through and waited as I watch the gentleman walk up and knock on the door because it was locked nobody answered the drive-through nobody came to the door the gentleman and then walked up to the drive-through window closest to him as I still sat there waiting to order with no answer and the gentleman looked through the drive-through window and he walked back to the door knocked the more I was still sitting there waiting for an answer and I looked down by this time it's about eight minutes after 10 at which point I decided they've had plenty of time at this point to answer and I can see the girl standing there at the drive-through window that should be answering me taking my order doing nothing so I drove off as I drove off the gentleman who would gone from the door to the drive-through window back to the door also decided he was no longer waiting and turned around and got back in his vehicle only both drove away so it's pretty sad that this place it supposed to open at 10 x 8 minutes after 10 had lost two customers simply because they could not unlock a door or answer a drive-through which is pretty sad because I typically go to this when he's quite often while I'm out shopping and running errands as I am about to get married in few weeks and I'm out running around and it's just a little bit more convenient for me right now Needless to say directions today is customer customer because I won't go back after this read more

I never really liked going to this Wendy's a while back due to rude employee's and slow service until i came through one night and one of the workers stood out to me she was very sweet, polite and had a very great since of humor. I only come to Wendy's to get service from Krystal. I can tell this young ladie has magnificent People Skills: is very cooperative, works in harmony with others, she knows my order right when I walk through those doors Krystal adds to a positive environment and makes you feel welcomed, She apologies for people's long waits in lines, she even helps employees in drive thru. I can tell shes very Dedication in her job and Shows pride in her job, displays loyalty and honesty, perseveres and achieves her goals. I know because iv'e asked this young ladie to come work for me in several occasions and has denied my offer because she loves working in her environment.
