Good experience at this location today. We ordered on the mobile app and picked it up easily at drive thru. Our staff lady was nice. She even drew a happy face and wrote enjoy on my order. Very friendly. The 6 piece French toast was delicious. Our egg sausage breakfast sandwhich was good. Came with dried potatoes but those weren't as hot nor fresh. This combo did come with orange juice but good thing we noticed it was missing from our order. She gave one to us right away and apologized for missing that item. Overall good visit. My son is a huge minions fan and of course we have been visiting Wendy's every other day. We've purchased around 30 kids meals in 2 weeks. All for the sake of getting the complete collection of the kid's meal toys and regular meal toys. We have never tried Wendy's before and now we're driving to all Wendy's locations around our area. The food is actually good. Flavor is better than a McDonald's and it tastes a lot more fresh. They have a really good value kids meal that also offers healthy substitutes. 2 locations stood out. Worst location was yesterday in chino hills, in front of the Sam's Club. Clean, food was good... but service was horrible. Manager was annoyed and bothered that we were asking if it would be possible to trade an unopened toy. We bought 9 meals and we got 6 of the same toy, we just wanted to try our luck to see if we could trade 1 unopened toy. What seemed to be the manager, was rude and even tossed a bag of 2 toys on the counter. If you are in service, specially kids food service, don't be the example of how not to act as a manager. Now this location in Corona today was amazing. Everyone was welcoming smiling and not too busy to interact with the kids. Location was clean, food was good and service was exceptional!!! It was our 8th kids meal for the day and we were just trying to get 1 illusive toy. Robert came to the rescue!! He may be the manager and if he's not. He should be. What an engaging personality. He was welcoming and very nice in answering all the kids questions. He didn't miss a beat! Not sure how but robert was able to make sure my son got the last minion he was looking for. Always check every part of your order when getting food from here. Food is usually missing or prepared incorrectly. They never answer the phone. I've called 20 times today and no answer. I live in Perris and was taking my dog to the vet and decided to stop at Wendy's because I was hungry. I ordered 1 thing, a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Drove through and when leaving, I decided to check it and sure enough no cheese and it was just warm. So, I parked and went in and told them there was no cheese and I wanted cheese and please heat it up so it's hot. The gal told me there is cheese on it and I told her "No there isn't". Disappointing experience and food safety concerns. 3515 Grand Oaks, Corona, CA 92881. On September 25, 2026 around 3 PM, while waiting for my order, I witnessed something that raised concerns about food safety. A man asked to exchange larger bills for smaller ones, and the employee helping him, who appeared to be a shift manager, was wearing white gloves. She handled his cash, exchanged it, and gave him the money. After he left, she went straight to the fry station to handle food without changing her gloves. Handling cash and then preparing food with the same gloves raises concerns about cross-contamination and proper food-handling practices. I was disappointed to see this and it changed my opinion of the restaurant. I hope management addresses this and reinforces proper food safety procedures with staff. read more

Heading to Wendy's on a Sunday at 2:30 in the afternoon order two mills and two cookies drive-through is pretty fast when I got up to the window the girl eventually brought my food, but she literally threw the bags at me when I asked for condiments she said she could give me one then I said well can I get my drinks? She said oh you had mediums I said yes she handed them both to me at the same time that I asked her for straws and she looked at me like I was crazy and said they're in the bag. Hmmm something is off here lol I ordered a Triple Berry Frosty. And it just tasted so weird. It didn't have a berry flavor at all. It was just a bland no flavor soft serve, that tasted super chalky. I took a spoon full and regretted it. Then passed it to my fiancé and he did the same thing. We were both confused on why it tasted like powder lol The French Fries were good. Cooked well and had just enough salt on them. I ordered an iced tea and water too. These summer days have been so hot that you need something to quench your thirst. Staff here are friendly and helpful. The eating area is open and clean. The quality of food is always good. I usually order from the app because the drive-thru line is always busy. This is the only Wendy's I've been to where the drive thru service isn't super fast and quick. I don't recall ever having issues with the food here. Recently I got a bacon and jalapeño cheeseburger and it was very good and flavorful. I really liked the crispy onion petals in the burger. On another visit I overheard the drive thru employee talking negatively about the customer in front of me who had stopped to check their food. I guess they get dinged for how much time a customer spends in the drive thru? I think in general, if people's fast food orders weren't screwed up so often, they wouldn't feel the need to stop and check their order for accuracy.. just my two cents. So yea, I would have to give only 3 stars due to the wait time and the rude employees. (It was only one visit where I observed that).
