651 CHAGRIN27400 CHAGRIN BLVD. - ORANGE, OH 44122 On Sunday, July 5th at approximately 12:30 pm, I placed an order at the drive through window for a single with cheese, plain, nothing else on it and a cup of ice water.After leaving the window, I realized my order was incorrect.  I turned around and went inside.  No one was at the counter so I waited a moment.  An employee came to help me, I told her my order for a single with cheese, plain was incorrect and handed her the sandwich.Another employee, assuming manager or shift supervisor appeared.  Here is our conversation. Supervisor/Manager:  You received what you ordered.  You ordered a Junior Cheeseburger and (she said something else). Me, the Customer:  No, I ordered a single with cheese, plain and a cup of water. Supervisor/Manager:  That was not what he rang up. Me, the Customer:  I paid for it. Supervisor/Manager:  Why are you yelling? Me, the Customer:  I am not, I have a loud voice. Supervisor/Manager:  Why are you giving me attitude and raising your voice? Me, the Customer:  I am not.   Supervisor/Manager:  Yes, you are.  You are giving me an attitude. Everything I just went through there waited 34 minutes to get my order taken at the drive-through. We pull up to the window and they're like I don't know, man I didn't get any of that. We have to re-order three employees can't figure out what the fuck they're doing. And everything we ordered came out wrong. My burger had only one patty and it was pink. Normally the drive thru for breakfast is well managed and friendly, except for today when some mean, nasty, woman got my simple order wrong twice on the screen! She bitched at me for correcting her on my order and about MY attitude and tone of voice. I was pleasant! She then told me that her headset was crappy and I should watch my tone! not sure if this is the Wendy's on chagrin in Woodmere Village, but it seems like every Wendy's I go to. I have a pretty much not great experience with their food. Whether it be baked potato, chili, burger, or fries, or the sugar-free cola I get from them last night I don't have anything else to add but if you go to Wendy's, check your food out before you leave your baked potato will be hard nine times out of 10 chili is really like not , a sugar-free cola might not really taste like anything but a bad tastingdiet cola,. If you for extra sour cream for baked potato, they be sure not to give you any butter. I can see why it is in the news that Wendy's are closing down. read more

Called Wendy's and 23 callers ahead of me! Hung up, tried the website for complaints. COULD NOT COMPLAIN !!! Why? Because the little geniuses working there were smart enough to NOT give me a receipt. Quite literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The employees were extremely rude. I was ordering my food and this girl gave me attitude after I had asked a question. Food is usually good, I mean it's Wendy's. Worst managed Wendy's I have been to. I ordered online and have not moved in the drive-thru line for close to 20 minutes. I can see a car on the other side waiting for their food and have not moved either. I hate when you give your order # and 10-15 minutes later you arrive at the window and still have to wait for your food. The sad part is the dinning room is not open, and all they have is the drive thru and can't do that right. Wendy's should take a lesson from Chick-fil-A. Hours advertised til 12:00am. Arrived at 10:08PM and waited 5 minutes at the speaker without being greeted. The car in front of me placed an order and picked it up at the window. I proceeded to the window to place my order but the rude associate said they're "done for the night" and weren't taking any more orders. If I could zero I would. It's really hard for me to give this one-star rating. I don't know the full circumstances of the situation happening the night I went through the drive-through. That aside, I can't ignore that 2 of 4 staff were wearing a mask. I also can't ignore that it took over 20 minutes for me to get my food and change, after I had paid when it was a fry and frosty. Well...10 minutes waiting in line to order in the drive thru, once it's your turn the person taking the order makes it seem like they are doing you a favor and to not bother them. The only thing this consistent with this location is the fact that there is always an issue. Each and every time we think to give it a chance we are better off having not visited this location. And mind you, we've only ever visited during breakfast time. They are supposed to be open early but then they say come back in an hour. When you do return, they say their system is down. Come again, they still don't know how long it will be down. See a car go through drive through so you call while in line and the system is still down but then five minutes later it hasn't been down at all. They are not only short staffed but the person taking orders barely knows how to ring the items in. The food is gross, undercooked, and cold. Employees spend more time playing around then they do working. All in all it is a waste of time and money to go to this location.
