This Wendy's should say "sorry, we're open"! I usually don't expect much with fast food, but...I ordered the biggie bag, and...everything was cold! Should've gotten it to go and microwaved most of the meal! read more

I was greeted by Elbert II. He was friendly and welcoming. I asked what was on the Son of a Baconator, and he explained it clearly. I ordered a small fry. I thought the $2.79 for a small fry was a little high, but on arrival they were hot, fresh and plentiful. My burger was hot and exactly as described. The dining room was well-lit and very clean. Every table was clean. I will definitely be back! A++++++ for customer service. read more

This is the most Vile place. Covered in grease, un clean. Serves cold food. Gets your order WRONG. No receipts! Makes you wait with excuses of large orders in normal business. The Employees are untrained for service or basic comprehension. Hair in the food!!!!!! Fucking HAIR!!!! My last and ever memory of a Wendy's. Never Again. Good bye Wendy! R.I.P. read more

Well this should be a negative review. Decided to try out Wendy's breakfast. Raw chicken read more

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Food was sickeningly frigid. My bag had superior amounts of grease. Waited an outrageous amount of time for my food. Over twenty minutes after ordering when the line contained of 3 people behind us at most. The employees had no desire to put in work and we had no intention of waiting in line for over a half a hour. We ordered three of the exact same things no reason that should be that hard to copy. I don't know who is keeping this Wendy's location in place but it shouldn't be. The girl in dress to impress deserves more stars than your restaurant. I believe I would be a better employee than the workers at this location. Please reconsider who you hire because some of the staff is outrageously stupid. Maybe don't hire McDonald's rejects! read more

Good member and the food is delicious and they are fast at getting the food out on time

I DoorDash a combo with chili fry's and another combo with cheese fry's and did not receive neither fry's , instead they replaced my 2 combo fry's with a 10 nugget read more

Food greasy. Oil smell was horrible. Obviously they are cooking with dirty oil. Over charged us and no apology. Do not go here.

The service was bad! My 82 year old mom choked on a piece of plastic in the egg, and the bun was old and crumbled the egg and sausage was over cooked to the point you couldn't even chew it. I called to complain but they kept telling me that it must have been a different Wendy's on Brookpark Rd, but obviously was from 6330 Brookpark Rd in Cleveland 44129. They are flat out liars and have the worst restaurant and food we have ever been at I assure you this was the only Wendy's near me a half mile away from us read more

These people don't no what they are retrain your employee, I order 2 double cheese burger n small fries got 2 burgers I looked in bag b4 I left no fries, when back in the place told them n got my fries, went to work n open burgers were single. Paid 16.07 n got shit. Calling those people give a update read more

I never write reviews, but I'm tired of the poor customer care. Drive thru person was short and rude. Zero care in her job. Turned her back to us while we waited for food and had her earbuds in the whole time. We tried to say thank you only to have the window promptly closed in our face. I don't understand why there can't be kindness? Food was great. Customer service zero. read more

Worst establishment ever. They can never keep employees for long so your orders will always get messed up. Fries are soggy.

Driving with my son, he said he was hungry. I told him that there was Arby's, Wendy's, McDonald's and Burger King nearby. I said, which place do you want to eat at. He said, "Wendy's". I asked him why he chose Wendy's and he said, "Because it's better than McDonald's!" When you're right, you're right. This recently remodeled Wendy's has been here for quite some time. I stopped by to get my son a kids meal with chicken tenders, french fries, and chocolate milk. I ordered myself a $1.00 chicken sandwich. We both liked our food. For $1.00, it was a terrific sandwich. What a great value! read more

This Wendy's is honestly the worst. Expect to sit in the drive through line for at least 30/40 minutes.

waited INSIDE the restaurant for 20 minute. didn't get helped, nor did anyone talk and explain what was going on. absolutely horrible service; place might as well get shut down. read more

Water not Coke to drink, staff appeared disinterested and food and drinks mirrored this. I don't understand serving customers watery pop if the machine is out of soda then just say that, not look stupid and sell it anyways; just very disappointing for the charges. read more

This is a place no short of a disappointment. Expect a 45 minute wait, unprofessional service, and a wrong order. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

The food is good and service can be hit or miss. However, my problem is the dining area never seems to be open. I work nearby and often pick up food for coworkers, and doing separate orders can be hard at the drive thru. read more

I had to wait at the window for 10 minutes and they still screwed my order up with two different items. They were very slow, dysfunctional, and unprofessional. read more

This location is terrible. Most of the time it's cash only because the card reader is down and they don't tell you til you've already ordered and sat in line. Also many times they have not given all the items ordered. As a local I won't be returning read more

Newly renovated modern decor and very clean. The location is perfect for eating and shopping. There are many stores walking distance from high end retailers, shops for the pets or if you need a oil change. You can even take in a movie. read more

See all

My boyfriend and I went to the drive thru about an hour ago. We had a simple order two burger meals. The one worker Britney already messed up by handing me the wrong drink. I drive home and open my food to find a chicken sandwich. Now we have to drive all the way back just to get the right food. She says that we have to give her the chicken sandwich to get the burger which I think is stupid because 1 it's just gonna be thrown away and be wasted 2 I had to drive all the way back to get the right food. So Britney keeps arguing with us and proceeds to say "it's busy" that's why it's messed up when in reality we were the only car there. This girl needs a reality check she didn't even apologize. When I got my new food she shoved it at us,the food was cold and hard. I won't be returning. read more

Same as everyone else has said recently. Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. Simple order that they somehow managed to mess 4 separate things up in. Watched the cashier check his phone twice while taking another customers order all while joking with the only 2 other guys working. Pretty bush league all around. read more

This place is awful!!! I've been to many Wendy's (even the worst parts of Los Angeles) and this has been the worst!!! Customer service is horrible, they don't greet you and they aren't polite! The employees were playing rap music when I got to the window, they got our order completely wrong.... my husband is allergic to pickles but they still put pickles on his burger, so check your food!! Now he can't eat his food... Also the fries were unseasoned and stale! Unfortunately this is the closest Wendy's to us so we just won't be going back ever again. read more

Been to many local fast food places with my daughter-in-law and we always have a reasonably big order for 8 people. Most of the time, our order is missing something or a special order isn't done correctly. But not today from this Wendy's! Everything was perfect. What a relief it is to actually get what you ordered. Thank you Wendy's. read more

This Wendy's is either not open, not accepting cash or cards some days and randomly closed all the time. The wait times are beyond 20 mins some days. Whomever owns this franchise needs to get it together read more

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Dave's single, add bacon, no onion w/ extra pickles. The server was polite and respectful and the young man who delivered the order through the window was also respectful and greeted me pleasantly. The Dave's single was like it came right off the TV screen out of a Wendy's commercial. Fresh ingredients and made perfectly to order. I was so impressed that I called and asked for a manager just to say how happy I was with the experience and the product. There's enough complaining in the world to depress and discourage the masses, however, I thought it entirely necessary and in perfect order to make that call and to write this review. Good service and orders made well deserve to be recognized. - and with that I say "Thank You" to the staff working at the Wendy's Restaurant #5102, during the hour of 4:48pm EDT on Saturday, February 3rd 2018. I sing my praises to the team and associates. Bravo! read more

Very disappointed in this location! This is the second time in a week I have been at this place close to or at closing time and been refused service by the same individual. I guess his smoke break that he was so desperately wanting to go to was more important than treating customers right. I hope that anyone who reads this discovers and realizes that this is not a will run establishment when the individual at the end of the night is more important with telling you oh you are not in line in time to get an order and then when realizing they're wrong angrily walks away screaming just give him his effing food! read more

Worst Wendy's I have ever been too. In line at drive thru with 4 cars ahead and took 20 minutes to get food, then they screwed up the order. This is the norm every time I go there. They just renovated the place, so was hoping service would improve, it has not... read more

I was on this side of town and wanted to grab something quick but ended up waiting in the line for about 25 minutes and when i FINALLY got to the window they messed up my order. The lady also tried to charge me twice for a small fry that i had the receipt for. I ordered two sweet teas and they gave me one raspberry tea and one unsweetened. When i gave it back to them they gave me not one but TWO LARGE COKES. Never again. read more

This location is a total disgrace. I stopped in here to check out the dining room renovations and grab a quick sandwich, and I was not impressed. The new dining room is modern looking but very cramped and uncomfortable, and the service is some of the worst I have ever experienced at a fast food restauant. There were only a few orders ahead of mine, and what should have been a 3 or 4 minute wait at most turned into 15 minutes for them to make one sandwich. Workers were standing around the whole time doing nothing and looking completely dumb and clueless, staring helplessly at the computer screens in front of them. I am not exaggerating, it was that bad. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Stopped here at 11:30pm and was talking to a man with dreds in a ponytail (didn't catch his name) working the burger station. This is the closest Wendy's to my house, which is unfortunate. I'll drive a little further to have my food made correctly. I special order things without mayo because I can't stand it. 80% of the time there is mayo all over it. Other things in the order are constantly messed up too. Last time I went they didn't even have any spoons for the chili. read more

This location doesn't even deserve one star. It's HORRIBLE!!! The drive thru takes forever!!! For no reason! And your order is guaranteed to be wrong. It took me over 20 minutes to go through the drive thru. Mind you there were 4 cars total in the drive thru one person got fed up and pulled off finally. I would've too but promised our children Frosties. Got to the front and received our Frosties and fries that had to have been cooked last week they were so old and decrepit. Don't go here as a matter of fact shut it down. This is my second time in a month trying this location and never ever again. As long as they took in the drive thru I expected my fries to be fresh why else were we sitting there???? Save your time and money don't go here. I left this review on another site and had to share on this one as well it's just that bad read more

S.O.S DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK AND POSSIBLY END UP IN THE HOSPITAL. First the lady on headset was extremely rude. Then we pull up to the window and see the woman making the burgers while talking on her cell phone with her gloves on. Then she proceeded to put her phone inside her shirt/bra. Never changed her gloves. I still ate the burger tho cause I be major hangry. Thinking about it now I probably ate her sweat or something worse. I guess you can say she put her sweat and blood into it hahahaha :( read more
