If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Food was sickeningly frigid. My bag had superior amounts of grease. Waited an outrageous amount of time for my food. Over twenty minutes after ordering when the line contained of 3 people behind us at most. The employees had no desire to put in work and we had no intention of waiting in line for over a half a hour. We ordered three of the exact same things no reason that should be that hard to copy. I don't know who is keeping this Wendy's location in place but it shouldn't be. The girl in dress to impress deserves more stars than your restaurant. I believe I would be a better employee than the workers at this location. My boyfriend and I went to the drive thru about an hour ago. We had a simple order two burger meals. The one worker Britney already messed up by handing me the wrong drink. I drive home and open my food to find a chicken sandwich. Now we have to drive all the way back just to get the right food. She says that we have to give her the chicken sandwich to get the burger which I think is stupid because 1 it's just gonna be thrown away and be wasted 2 I had to drive all the way back to get the right food. So Britney keeps arguing with us and proceeds to say "it's busy" that's why it's messed up when in reality we were the only car there. This girl needs a reality check she didn't even apologize. This place is awful!!! I've been to many Wendy's (even the worst parts of Los Angeles) and this has been the worst!!! Customer service is horrible, they don't greet you and they aren't polite! The employees were playing rap music when I got to the window, they got our order completely wrong.... my husband is allergic to pickles but they still put pickles on his burger, so check your food!! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Dave's single, add bacon, no onion w/ extra pickles. The server was polite and respectful and the young man who delivered the order through the window was also respectful and greeted me pleasantly. The Dave's single was like it came right off the TV screen out of a Wendy's commercial. Fresh ingredients and made perfectly to order. I was so impressed that I called and asked for a manager just to say how happy I was with the experience and the product. There's enough complaining in the world to depress and discourage the masses, however, I thought it entirely necessary and in perfect order to make that call and to write this review. I was on this side of town and wanted to grab something quick but ended up waiting in the line for about 25 minutes and when i FINALLY got to the window they messed up my order. The lady also tried to charge me twice for a small fry that i had the receipt for. I ordered two sweet teas and they gave me one raspberry tea and one unsweetened. This location is a total disgrace. I stopped in here to check out the dining room renovations and grab a quick sandwich, and I was not impressed. The new dining room is modern looking but very cramped and uncomfortable, and the service is some of the worst I have ever experienced at a fast food restauant. There were only a few orders ahead of mine, and what should have been a 3 or 4 minute wait at most turned into 15 minutes for them to make one sandwich. This is the closest Wendy's to my house, which is unfortunate. I'll drive a little further to have my food made correctly. I special order things without mayo because I can't stand it. 80% of the time there is mayo all over it. Other things in the order are constantly messed up too. S.O.S DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK AND POSSIBLY END UP IN THE HOSPITAL. First the lady on headset was extremely rude. Then we pull up to the window and see the woman making the burgers while talking on her cell phone with her gloves on. Then she proceeded to put her phone inside her shirt/bra.
