While running some errands in Park Road Shopping Center I wanted a quick lunch and decided to stop at Wendy's, some place I have been in years, but remember liking. I ran through the drive thru that moved pretty quickly, which was nice. I ordered the Dave's single with cheese combo, no tomatoes and extra pickles. The burger wasn't as good as I remember, but it was okay. The burger patty was pretty small too, but the most disappointing thing was the tomato and only two pickles, so obviously they didn't get that right. However, the bonus for me were the fries. I didn't realize how good their fries were, the perfect size and cooked to perfection. Not sure if I'd return for a burger, but might stop by for some fries again ! read more

Pile of sh*# Wendy's - My order included a chili, and an iced tea ~ But (after DoorDash brought it to me) I can't easily enjoy either of them, because they failed to put a STRAW (one drinks the beverage with) and a PLASTIC SPOON (is required to eat the chili), in the bag. - Are these people retarded? Who the ---- is the manager, over there? I stirred the chili, with the ketchup packet to cool it off - then I plan to slowly drink it [classy]. This is like -1.2 out of 5 stars. read more

Wendy's - Burgers Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

got my whole order wrong did not actually fix it at all and my food was completely cold

while picking up an order as a DoorDash driver. I was patient, respectful, and simply stood waiting for the order to be completed. When the order was finally ready, the manager handed it to me in a very rude manner, almost as if she was throwing it at me. She then gave me a nasty look. Despite her attitude, I politely told her, "Have a nice day." Instead of responding professionally, she turned away and rolled her eyes. As someone who is just trying to do their job, I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service and basic courtesy should apply to delivery drivers as well. read more

Terrible location consistently. Today no cheese or French fries for my Single CHEESE COMBO.

The absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The service was probably a zero. The food was barely a one. The staff and quality of food were the worst. No wonder the Wendy's brand is dropping read more

I had a wonderful experience at this Wendy's and a wonderful employee named Shannen. She's great at her job and she is a wonderful person.

Just unreal how bad. Food. Service. Time waiting. All of it. If you can eat literally anywhere else please do.

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. Without fail, no matter who is at the window, you will be greeted with an attitude. If you're dying for a crappy burger drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

This is the WORST Wendy's I have ever been to! I placed a mobile order on the app thinking it would make things quick and easy. WRONG! I waited 15 minutes just to order at the screen, then I waited over 10 minutes at the window to finally receive my order. Nobody even addressed me when I arrived at the window. The workers were very rude, didn't care at all it was taking so long. They put out inside orders and disregarded the drive-thru. By the time I received my food, it was barely even warm. Numerous cars behind me left the drive-thru line while I was waiting just to order. This place I losing business! read more

I cannot make this up. The food was amazing. I pulled up, I'm in no rush to be anywhere. I wait about 2.5 minutes to be acknowledged. After waiting WHILE this was my dialogue. Her: Hello? Go when you're ready Me: Hi can I have 2 double stacks only cheese & ketchup? Her: *2 minute pause* 3:37 to 3.39 Her: So 1 double stack? Me: No, 2 just cheese & ketchup Her: Okay, what else? Me: 10 Piece spicy nugg spicy buffalo with ranch Her: ANOTHER 2 MIN PAUSE Me: That'll be it. Her: What else did you ask for? Me: *Repeats* Her: "SLOW DOWN" I pulled up not knowing if she got my order or not, she was extremely rude at the window. She took my card, and another random guy gave my card back to me. He also had to hand me my food. I don't know if she got impatient with me, but I waited nearly 6 minutes just for her to get my order right. AND THEN SHE YELLED AT ME TO SLOW DOWN??? No. Girl. Pay attention. Worst fast food establishment I've ever been at. read more

Lots of options for fast food here at Park Road Shopping Center but Wendy's caught me today. My experience was A-OK with a short wait for a fresh burger in a clean restaurant. Nothing out of the ordinary but nothing too exciting. It took a bit for the gent behind the counter to take my order but my burger was assembled right then and there. All of the tables were clear and the few with flowers on them was a nice touch. [Review 12878 overall, 194 of 2020.] read more

I am absolutely terrified. . . one could say petrified. I was so excited so tried the thin mint frost and I was also pumped to get my favorite Cinnabon. When I tell you I vommited, I mean threw up everything inside my body while in tears. The icing tasted like expired mayo. I also hate mayo. I don't know if that was a terrible joke but I would sue for the taste that is lingering on my taste buds. I don't know how that was even legal. Day= ruined. read more

Worst Wendy's I ever been to. Bad customer services and we not gon mention they messed up our whole order. This supposed to be a big bacon classic. This looks like a my 6 yr old put this together. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here. I work in fast food for like 3 years. Never have I seen anything like this. Wish I could give them negative 5 stars read more

Wendy's - Burgers Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Where is the owner/manager of this place????? Worst customer service and food that I have had in a very long time. Great location but why would anyone go back? read more

The previous reviews speak for themselves. The drive-thru wait time at this location is unusually long, my orders have been consistently wrong (the staff are dismissive about it), customer service has been rude/disrespectful, and the system is down from time to time. read more

I tend to agree with Adam T. ( 05/09/2023). I hadn't had fast food in quite some time and wanted to "treat" myself. Months ago, I had stopped at this same Wendy's location and vowed to myself, never to go back. I broke that vow today, shouldn't have. While the wait was not long for noon time, the service was horrible. As I pulled up to the window and paid, the server politely sneezed into her hand and attempted to hand me my drink just after. She was on a personal phone call with earbuds and could have cared less about her duties. She never once looked at me during the interaction or spoke after being spoken to. The burger looked like it had been thrown onto the floor and then smashed with someone's shoe. While I understand that it is EXTREMELY difficult to hire and keep people who want to work, especially in the fast food areas, the lack of oversight (affective management), I can only think may also be part of the issue. This particular location is always busy, the franchisee is likely just concerned about the monthly deposits made into the bank account. While, I understand this review is likely to have NO effect on change in the day-to-day operations of this particular location if this can spare someone the same experience that I had, once again, the time spent writing this was worth it. I need to take the advice I will give readers of this review... If there is another location or even fast food restaurant you might be able to get to without much issue, drive right past this location. read more

Went through the drive-thru to pick up a Frosty for my wife and the lazy teenager only replied with, "Nope. Outta Frostys." Fire the dopes that work here. They clearly don't want to their jobs and there are plenty of people out there who WANT to work. What an embarrassment. read more

Highly disappointed! I asked for saucey nuggets and got regular nuggets with dipping sauce on the side. Not even the dipping sauce I asked for. How do you get honey bbq out of ghost pepper raunch and regular bbq? read more

Absolute garbage staff, garbage service, garbage food. Took over 30 min to order with just one person in line ahead of me. You're better off cooking the burger yourself and paying a group of local teenagers to stand around the grill and do nothing. It'll be quicker, cheaper, and give you basically the same experience. read more

the food was good accept the short black hair I found in my nuggets. I have long blonde hair. I ordered on uber eats first ,my driver gets there and they can't find my order so I canceled it got a refund. This has to be the worst run Wendy's on the planet. Seems like your machine is down and unable to take orders daily, whoever owns this and doesn't check on it you are just missing out on insane profit as your workers close the store basically everyday and take no orders. Absolutely horrendous workers avoid at all costs. read more

This is hands down the worst service of any fast food restaurant you will ever visit. I feel bad for the staff, but I have been here several times and it has become a running joke about how completely dysfunctional they are. Order is almost always wrong with items missing, and I have waited 40 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in line, on more than one occasion. read more

Very disappointed. They got multiple parts of the order wrong, they removed of most of the 4 for 4 options, and dramatically increased their prices. A combo meal cost $13 for below average food and they forgot to include the fries. I will not be going back. read more

I have never experienced such disrespect as I have tonight on June 06 2021 at 9:20 pm. We tried ordering food and the man on the speaker said "no potato's" with an attitude. We then proceeded to ask for a manger and a different guy who was far more disrespectful got on the speaker. We asked why everyone was being disrespectful here tonight and was told if you're not getting anything else you can leave. I asked for corporates number as well as the gentleman's name and was told to google it. After pulling off me and my sister were called the word cunt. I understand this isn't chick-fil-a and won't receive a "my pleasure" but I still and everyone else stills deserves respect. I would never recommend this Wendy's to anyone. read more

This is the 4th time I've gone to this Wendy's where the person tending to the drive-through stated their system is down. The person is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Unless a manager is on duty and you're lucky enough to catch them you won't get served. If they are, the system miraculously works. This location is not willing to serve their customers. read more
