Wendy's does not even have good deals on the app anymore but I finally got free 4 piece nugget loaded so I redeemed it today before it expired. I only needed to make a $1 purchase (most of the deals now have a $5min) so I got a Jr frosty and the spicy nuggets with scorchin hot sauce. They didn't have vanilla though so I had chocolate instead. Not the end of the world but a little disappointing. I did a mobile order and picked up in drive through which was a lot faster. The nuggets were good and the frosty satiated my sweet tooth- I brought my own whipped cream because Wendy's doesn't have any even though it's on a busy street the location/lot is pretty dark and could use more/better lighting. @azfitfoodfun read more

The stars(or lack there of) for this place speak for themselves, at least with respect to service. I had a free chicken sandwich, or I would have been really disappointed by the service. All I needed to do was pick up a mobile order, but when I walked into the empty store, I was greatest with a blank stare by the employee behind the counter. He had headphones in, and a thousand yard stare, no acknowledgment at all. I looked around, no one at all in the restaurant, and this guy just staring blankly ahead. I asked about picking up the mobile order...and it literally took 5 seconds of awkward silence before he turned to ask me my order info. After I answered, he then just turned and walked away onto the kitchen, and was gone for a few minutes while I stood there twiddling my thumbs I guess. He then returned, shoved the bag across the counter, and went back to staring blankly ahead. What an interesting Wendy's experience! I ordered the new cinnabon pull apart and ofc it was cold, hard, dry and the best part, the cream cheese drizzle that goes on top DIDNT EXIST!! why would they actually make something right. I went literally for the frosty sundae thingy with the ghiradelli chocolate syrup and cookies. On Tuesday they didn't have anymore cookies, so I opted for a regular vanilla frosty. I returned on Thursday (don't judge me LOL) to try again. I also ordered fries as well. The fries were lukewarm, but they weren't stingy with the portion. This cookie frosty sundae thing: not even worth it. First of all, they could have given me more syrup. Secondly, I'm unsure if the ice cream is the same. It tasted totally different from a regular frosty. A regular frosty's texture is sweet & creamy; kinda thick. The ice cream that cake with the cookie frosty sundae was runny and not even sweet for real. I honestly felt cheated. The only reason why this got 2 stars is because the cookie was good LOL. Well we keep thinking this location will get better yet they keep getting worse. My partner stopped this evening to get dinner. He waited at the speaker box for 10-15 minutes then another 15 at the window. NO ICE for the drinks, he gets home and the food is not fresh or hot, barely warm. I called their corporate office a couple weeks ago and the person I spoke with was just Ho hum about the concerns I had just had the night before. She didn't ask my name, phone number or email. Sat in the drive through for 45 mins when it was an hour before closing the person on the intercom made each car wait about 15 mins before allowing them to order, car pulled up they would say hold on and did this for almost an hour. It took 50 minutes just to get to the order window then once it was my turn to order at 2:42am 18 minutes till closing this dude had the nerve to say "that last car was out last order for the evening" umm no tf it ain't! I would give no stars if I could. Today will be the last time I ever go to this place even though it's 2 blocks from my house. All I ever order is the Baconator and for some reason..... they can't get it right anymore. Here is the experience I just had: There were 2 cars in front of me and when I pulled up to the drive-through the car in front of me went ahead because they placed their order. I then proceeded to have to wait 5 minutes for some reason for somebody to ask me for my order and when he was finally ready I asked if he was sure and he was like, "What do you want?" Lol.. Anyway, I asked for a Baconator, which is what I've asked for (called it) since it came out and they always give me the Baconator with 2 patties (which I believe is what comes with the traditional Baconator), but for some reason the last 2 times I've gone there they keep asking me if I want single double or triple, which just annoys the shit out of me because.... why the sudden change? Both times I asked why they are asking me that now and they act like that's how they have always done it lol....OKAY That's kind of petty and doesn't really matter though. I get up to the window and now I am the only car there and there are zero customers inside and I see at least 6 employees (including a manager) all working on my big, big order of.......1 single Bacanator I oddly wait 2 minutes for the girl to hand me my burger and as I am now accustomed to looking as soon as I get it because they have messed it up so many times, I look to make sure it's right (I added the fried onion strings) and they gave me a ton of raw onion! Thank God I looked, I thought..... so I knocked on the window and they looked at me confused and someone said, "I'll fix it", and took my burger back. One minute later they handed me the new one and I didn't look because I frankly have them too much credit....my bad. I just didn't think I had to a second time. When I got home the fucking "Baconator" had 2 pieces of f@cking bacon!!! It's supposed to have 6!!! Alright, I know it is a fast food restaurant (supposedly), but I just had to capture my recent experience. Now, having done my tour of duty under the golden arches back in college, I am WELL aware of what to expect when pulling through a fast food drive through (I refuse to use "thru"). Apparently, they were running low on wrappers and such, because I was cut off by another vehicle heading to the pick-up window where the driver handed out a trash bag of stuff. I had a pretty basic order. A plain spicy chicken combo with a Pepsi. All you have to do is slap a piece of spicy chicken on a bun, wrap it up, and put it in a bag with some fries. No complicated sauce combinations, no trying to read my mind on the amount of a certain ingredient, just chicken and bun. When I got to the window and the young lady asked me to pull up because my chicken sandwich was not ready, I was understanding. I am not always pateince, but I am understanding. I fended off one panhandler that actually walked out of the restaurant with a spool of CDs that he was selling while waiting. Then another customer after me pulled in front of me to go inside and fix a misgiven order. I waited. While waiting I saw a phone number on the door for customer service. I started my phone call after waiting five minutes and finished it after waiting ten minutes. After hanging up, I pulled the emergency brake and went inside to get my sandwich. There was ONE customer in the place and two girls standing at the counter jabbering with and employee who was making them free ice cream sundaes. One of the girls must have been an off duty Wendy's employee as she had the audacity to ask if I had a receipt for my purchase. I was offered a shot glass sized Frosty for my trouble. I mean it is a Wendy's, let's be honest people. If this is your idea of a good Friday night dinner, you probably don't like yelp anyway. This location is the closest fast food joint to my house so if I ever have the (not so frequent) craving for fast food, this is where I'd hit up. I've never eaten inside because let's face it, it's a Wendy's. But, the drive through has always been quick and the line is never more than a car or two.
