What is it now days with companies trying to hire so many young people. This Wendy's in particular alwqys has some very young 16/17 year old working the window or counter. Service was horrible! Had a mobile order. Sat at deprive through box waiting to give my name for 7 minutes no one said a word. No hold on, just a minute, nothing. The middle glass on the menu board was shattered so I thought perhaps the box is broken and the sign may have blown off or something so I drove around. There was only 1 person at the window waiting for their food. When that person left and I drove up. The girl at the window was nice, but the one with the headset seemed to have an attitude. I then had drive up to the door. Now kind you I had pre ordered and paid. Well the person behind me, placed their order drove around and then received their order while I'm still waiting. This was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. It smelled like absolute shit, they got 3 workers in the back, one of the workers threw my drink in the trash, gave me the wrong sized cup, on top of that we got a couple hugging, loving, and making out in the middle of no where. They pick and choose if they want to acknowledge you and if and when they do they act like they never had any customer service training. I line for over 20 minutes. Only three cars ahead of me and I only ordered two sandwiches. Three people in the take your order window. No one at the give me my food window. So I'm so disappointed in this Wendy's! I placed an order through the Wendy's app hoping it would be a smooth transaction. NOT!!! First off the lady taking orders clearly had an attitude for whatever reason! Ok fine, I continue to proceed to pick up my items at the window as she said. I didn't receive any receipt for my order. And when I checked the food it looked as if everything was there. I got home and it was a total different story. Half my order was missing or wrong. If that's what I wanted I would've simply ordered that!! Then I also ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger which was thrown into the bag and coming out of the wrapper. I went to bite into it for me to realize the gooey stuff in between the bacon and the burger. It just didn't look or feel right!! They didn't give my twins the drink I ordered or the ice cream sundae! So this was a waste of my time and very disappointing for my family and I. This location need to be permanently shut down!!! If there was an option to rate no stars, I would choose it. I ordered 2 4 for 4 meals both double stacks with only cheese. The many issues: 1.) We don't have any fries (what!) 2.) We only have Minute Maid Lite lemonade and Dr. Pepper (ok why are you'll open at this point) upon receipt it was wrong size kid cup with ice i adk for no ice since it was already lite nasty lemonade 3.) The nuggets were cold dry and rock hard 7.) I wasn't given a receipt so I asked for it to give store number as requested below. They reprint a receipt and give me the receipt for the guy behind me who paid with a card. I paid with cash. 8.) The most interesting part....I called corporate complaint line while sitting there forever and she heard everything and said the general manager would be calling me after she took the complaint. Worst experience EVER!!! Due to COVID19, I know all facilities dining areas are closed. So I thought I'd order online and pick up. Ordered, and walked around the corner to pick up food, less than a minute walking. When I got there, I politely waited until the pick up window was available, walked up and instructed the cashier that I was picking up an online order. She instructed me to go get in line behind the last car and follow it to the pickup window. Mind you, I'm on foot, and Wendy's think I'm going to walk through the drive thru behind vehicles to pick up my food..... Nope, just give me my money back! I have tried several attempts on different days and times and I have yet to be satisfied. My food is never warm. But today was my final straw. I sat in line for over 20 minutes in drive through (because they only take one order at a time and serve). Today my daughter and I ordered the Asiago Chicken sandwich and we got less than a 1/2 leaf of lettuce on the sandwich. My strawberry lemonade tastes like pink lemonade.
