The store mixed up my order with another customer, which happens. However, when I pointed it out, they said that I had to talk to the manager, who was not present. I tried calling several times that week, and got nothing but the answering machine. I went back the following week in person, and the employees said that they'd leave a message for the manager to call me. After another week went by with no call, I went back to the store, and said this was poor customer service. They said I'd get a call, and yet another week went by, and two more in person visits to the store, before I knew that they really didn't care.
