This is usually my go-to place. They might make little mistakes here and there but, that's the drive thru.... It happens. What I can't get with, is raw burgers. My wife picked up a Baconator and a plain burger form my kiddo. Half way through the burger I noticed it was a little more chewy than usual. When I looked....it was raw. Not a little pink, cool and raw. Same for my kiddo. Guess I will be avoiding this Wendy's from now on. Even while deployed in Afghanistan, our goat cooked in a cave was not raw... The manager doesn't manage. This place is a wreck. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty dining area. Ice/drink machine is nasty. People waiting 30 minutes for dine in orders having people that came in after them served first. My order came quickly to the dismay of 4 other patrons who had ordered before me. When I picked my tray off the counter I encountered ketchup on BOTH hands. Disgusting. These folks need some training on how to run a clean and efficient business for future customers. Absolutely do not go here.bad customer service and the food is horrible. Got my food order wrong and when I addressed it the manager got an attitude. Chilli wasn't nothing but water and beans. Burger loaded with mayonnaise and ketchup and the bag was wet from the water down chilli and it busted. Avoid this wendy's read more

This place gets no stars rude,ridiculous, and thievery had this lady think she was going scam us little did she know we get notifications when a transaction is made she swiped the first card and she says it didn't go through absolute lie it did go through she takes a second card and continues her attempt to take money off this card finally hands it over and says good bye charged $24 and received NO FOOD !!! Just a stank ass attitude it's sad when you can't trust folks to just do the right thing I wouldn't recommend going to this eatery and I definitely wouldn't pay with any type of card the district manager even implied that the record showed the worker added items to our order to attempt a overcharge to pocket the money that just bad sorry ass business and yall ought to be ashamed of yourself so DO BETTER!!! Why do you keep telling people in the drive through sorry for the inconvenience but we closed at 5:00. Two weeks in a row and the employees are clearly still in the store along with several cars in the parking lot. And your website says you are open until 7:00. Time to bring a district manager in. The workers here are rude and don't have any patients especially with elderly. My grandmother always complains about how rude and disrespectful they are. I even went there once and there was a bite taken out of my sandwich. All of there young workers need and evaluation and I won't be eating there anymore. read more

Floor was greasy in lobby and bathroom. Feces all over the wall and floor in stall. Employees standing around and had to be told by Mgr. to go to the cash register to take my order. I was handed my order and employee said nothing. Never going back. read more

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat on out way home from New Orleans. The restaurant was extremely cold and empty but the food was an average Wendy's meal. The service was less than average though. I think it's a pretty small town so not much to be expected. It was hot, tasty food. Not much else to ask for. read more

Please don't go bad customer service we was served hard and cold spicy nuggets when we addressed it, it became a big problem. We was told by the manager she wasn't the one that made them no apology or nothing then told us to pull over without giving us our drink or receipt after sitting waiting on the food I decided I wanted a refund didn't trust the fact that my food would be okay after approaching the window talking to the manager she started getting real loud and then a young man approached the window stating and threatening me he was going to come punch me in my face if I don't stop talking to his mom like that which at that time he came out the business and approached me stating what he was going to do me went back in there and when we was pulling off came back out there threatening me some more which at that time the manager came out telling me what she was going to do me if I put my hands on her son it was ridiculous and so unprofessional and will never return read more

I am writing because me and a friend stopped at Wendy's on our way back to Louisiana from vacation because my friend wanted a Wendy's hamburger. Went to the bathroom and was shocked and I do mean SHOCKED!!!! I clean for a living and the toilet paper dispenser was so Filthy Dirty that I didn't even want to touch it. First, there was no front on it and second, it looked liked no one has ever cleaned it. The dirt was so thick on it inside of it and outside of it. We then went to order and sat down to eat and the place was dirty. The floors, everything was dirty. My friend had been sick on our trip and she couldn't even eat all her food for the dirt we could see. The door was wide open and the air condition was on. Me, my sister and brother in law go to church in Amite and stop there to get food sometime and the frosty. We don't live in Amite but used to enjoy going to Wendy's sometime. NEVER AGAIN. read more
