Store number 3108, not a place to get hot food. Not even warm. We stopped and a number 3 and a crispy biggie bag. Nuggets cold, fries cold and no seasoning, and my chicken was cold and nothing but a wilted piece of lettuce. I have given this location too many chances to make a simple spicy chicken sandwich. It only comes with chicken, mayo, tomato and lettuce and each time I have either received no toppings or tiny pieces of mushy and brown toppings with little to no mayo. I sent in a complaint but never heard back. Covid or not, this has happened too often to be understandable. If you don't have appropriate ingredients, take the item off the menu. read more

Went last weekend-food was cold & tasted old. Worst lunch. How do you mess up a single and a chicken sandwich?

Why do I even attempt to stop here to eat after 8 PM? I've been here 4 times now after 8pm and there is always a large group of employees and others out back while I stand at the counter for 10 minutes without ever being greeted. Very poor service. Workers were outside messing around in the parking lot. Girl didn't even know how to take my order (seemed high like the rest of them). Asked for a strawberry watermelon fruit tea and it was just water with a hint of green tea. Baconator was a junior bacon cheeseburger. Paid $10 for a kids burger basically. Very poor customer service. They were not busy at all and I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter for someone to even greet me. There's was one family eating in the dining room and the drive thru was empty when I walked in. I could hear the employees laughing in the back of the kitchen. Then finally when the lady with the glasses was done messing around she walked over to me, didn't greet me and said "For here or to go?". Then when our food was ready she dropped our food on the tray and the fries spilled all over. She just looked at me like it was somehow my fault that she spilled the fries everywhere. Every time I go there the fries are cold. Tonight I even went back in from the drive thru to get hot fries and they gave me more cold ones. Fries make the meal. And cold ones ruin it.
