This is the first time I've seen chile poblano on a menu and it did not disappoint. The large cheese dip was decently hot and had a little bit of a kick to it compared to other Mexican restaurants. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the blandness of the rice & beans including the plating of the cheese enchilada.
