Went here for Breakfast with my parents on Saturday July 12th 2025. We were visiting the rest area that this is located in for a restroom break, and figured to take a food break too. At 5:00AM, besides the other shop, this was the only thing that was open and that was able to take orders. Cashier was pleasant and took our breakfast orders. I had the french toast sticks, and a small coffee. My dad got a baconator with a large coffee. My mom got an egg sandwich. Cashier was pleasant. Paid via credit card. We recieved our orders in a timely manner. We actually also sat outside the rest area to eat our food. While the food filled our stomachs, we didn't really like it all that much. The coffee was fine though! But maybe Wendy's isn't the thing for breakfast. This was also our first time trying Wendy's breakfast. read more

It's fast food: how bad can it be? Really bad. Really, really bad. We ordered three meals, all three were wrong. The fries were literally raw, like they'd been gently dunked into the oil and immediately pulled out. The plain chicken sandwich had tomato, lettuce, and mayo - and was spicy, when ordered regular. The italian style chicken sandwich had no sauce, and the cheeseburger had no cheese. We also got a vanilla shake instead of chocolate, and were short an order of fries. To add insult to injury, only one ordering kiosk was working, so the food took a LIFETIME to receive. Go literally anywhere else. read more

I haven't enjoyed Wendy's fries in the past, but stopping on the highway at this rest stop and perusing the food court options, I chose to go with Wendy's. The chicken burger was underwhelming but these fries were surprisingly better than expected. They featured potato skins, were hot (hotter than the burger) and crunchy. There is a reality distort field at a rest stop that warps all reasonable expectations and I was not expecting much here, so I was pleased to have these fries ride shotgun as I resumed my journey on the highway. read more

Honestly worst accuracy of any Wendy's I've been to. No fork provided for bacon cheese jalapeño fries, had to go back to the counter as there were none available at the condiment, soda stand, Ordered an Avocado BLT with spicy chicken - what I got was spicy chicken lettuce and mayo. Took it back, to a "Whaaaat?? No apology from the server. This time got the BLT with GRILLED chicken and at this point need to get back on the road so I'll just have to live with it. Going North on I-95, we stopped for food. There was the usual fast food services including Wendy's. Thinking that all we could get was some fried, overly salty and fatty food, in perusing the food stalls, to my surprise, I noticed that Wendy's had various salads, all pre-made and pre-packaged. With some trepidation, I ordered a Cobb salad, which came in a covered bowl. The Ranch dressing was in separate packs which allowed me to put in the amount of dressing that I wanted. The salad was very fresh, all the ingredients were plentiful. Instead of the bacon already in the salad, the service people cooked the bacon to order, adding it to the salad which resulted in crisp, fresh bacon. The portion was large enough to share. I never expected this from a Wendy's and wanted to express how pleased I was. read more

Avoid! This supposedly fast food establishment has gotten it all backwards. They had put in four kiosks for taking orders, but only one was operational, and it was nowhere near the pickup point. The other three kiosks, plus the good old fashioned ordering stations, were all closed but acted as decoys to distract unsuspecting customers like myself. After reading through other reviews, it seems I'm lucky I didn't waste the 45 minutes on this broken process just to get a cold burger. My expectations are not generally set very high for fast food places... and they were even lower by the time I made it to the register. The girl running the register audibly swore when I asked for a modifier because she jumped the gun and input something else. It required her to swipe a card.... a hardship for anyone. Then the one polite gentleman gave me my sauce for the nuggets I never actually got in my bag. For $8.00 they should have definitely been there. Had a blast with my Wendy's experience. This place is off 95 and we were starving. No choice. Must eat. Hi light: -the dude at the register who appeared to be someone taking orders. People would go up to order to which he turns the screen around showing a broken screen, even though is clearly standing there and the customer can't see that the screen is in fact broken. What made it more hysterical? He got ticked off that the customers didn't know he "wasn't takin ordas" No one wanted to be there, workers and customers alike. It was probably the most dreary and sad Wendy's experience I've ever had. Would have asked for ketchup but didn't want to get stabbed. Despite there only being a few of us ordering food, it apparently is a difficult task to place processed meat in between fake bread and wrap it in foil, since it took forever. Not keto friendly. This is not a Fast Food! This is so slow we could have eaten in a resto and finished faster! It was supposed to be a quick stop to pick up food to be eaten in the car en route to NJ. We just ordered 2 sandwiches and a salad and we waited 25 minutes only to be served a wrong order. Had to wait another 5 minutes for them to correct it. I understand there were lots of people and a long line but looking at the kitchen the reason for the long line is their manager (black girl with long braided hair with blue tips). As a manager you should know if your service is too slow for the demand and the thing to do is roll up your sleeve and help! She was just walking there giving commands to her staff and chatting with other people in the kitchen.. in other words it's not even a lack of staff! It's just a lack of proper management skills. Don't say that you are open until 1 AM and then close at 8:30 PM. We stood in the kiosk line and then "manager" cut in front of us and told us that they were closing. She said that they were working any longer tonight. Then she allowed a white male, an Army Officer, to order food and check out. I don't take issue that she allowed him to go, I love military folks but she handled it wrong and read the situation wrong. She could've cut service, after she served me, my husband, and two small children (no one was behind us). If nothing more than for the kids. She will want someone to take her kids into account one day... My final thoughts: Maybe there is a poor management thing going on here so in the end, I wouldn't want this Wendy's making my food. Potentially the worst fast food I've ever had! I haven't had fast food in a while so I was really excited to hit up the rest area on this weekend's road trip. Severe disappointment! The menu is basic. Only a 1/4 burger, or the double or triple 1/4 pounders. And a Baconater. 2 salads. A few chicken sandwiches. No kids meals. You can get a 4-piece chicken nuggets meal. How do you not have children's meals at a rest stop? There are little buggers crawling all over the place! Burger patties were cold. Buns were cold. Unfortunately we only bit into the burgers after we were already back on I-95. French fries tasted like they were barely cooked. Gross! Long waits. I love Wendy's, but this Wendy's off Interstate-95 has to be the worst. First of all, the place was buzzing with flies. Bugs flying all over the place. That's just the start. The menu barely had any variety of food. Not even a kids meal. Didn't have a dollar menu or any basic sandwiches. Then, I was at the cashier. It was a she so we'll refer her to a she. When I ordered small fries to start out the order, she cut me off and told me the total. I wasn't done with the order yet! This is the slowest Wendy's I have ever seen. The only thing I ordered was a grilled chicken sandwich, and there was only 1 group in front of me, and it took 20 minutes to get the sandwich. I just stopped by at Wendy's here tonight for a spicy chicken combo. The cashier was alright but not the people who served my shit. I waited in line for 20 minutes and I never heard them shout my name. As I was approaching I noticed few people after my queue got their orders and I didn't.. I mean it's a fucking burger and fries. How long it takes? I stood there but none of the clerks asked me what I was waiting for, until later on I had to say excuse me to one of clerks and he finally tossed me my shit. Also I asked for ketchups and instead of him handing me, he shoves a box of them having me do the legwork which is not hard in my part but seriously that's disrespect. I didn't say anything afterwards since I was carpooling with a friend of mine and he was waiting outside for me so no need to cause a drama in this magical house of disappointment.
