Food was way over priced, paid over $25 for two double burgers and 1 med fries, ridiculous plus it took a 1/2 hour to get it

Manager was nowhere to be found. Waited about 45 mins to order. Pathetic all around, felt bad for cashier.

We sat in addition where it was rather loud due to 5 kids at one table with their parents, and another party of 12 in there. The acoustics aren't terrific. Didn't ruin the experience, but just know in case you are sensitive to noise. Ask to sit in other areas. Very friendly employees! From the moment you step in. Hostess was nice and our server was terrific (shout out to Riley). She kept checking in on us and made sure that we had all that we needed. We ordered a margarita and I wouldn't recommend this at all. It tasted like lemonade and a some tequila. They also put sugar on the rim. It was subpar to say the least. It was nothing as described on the menu (fresh squeezed lime juice). We ordered the fried pickles for an app and I highly recommend them. The sauce that is served with them is great! For entrees, we ordered the Bone & Butt (ribs w/pulled pork) with a side of baked beans and a burnt ends meal with sweet potato fries. The ribs and pulled pork were absolutely great! Even the burnt ends were good too. However, I do like super wet sauces and they do come drenched in BBQ sauce. That was a me problem as I should have asked and I forgot. I should have ordered them plain. The corn bread was okay. We asked for butter for that. The fries were fabulous. The baked beans equally as good. There are two different sauces on the table for you to put all over the things. You can tell that they are making these things in house and take great care to make sure that they are good quality. The portions are terrific and the prices super reasonable. They have an extensive dessert menu. We didn't order as couldn't fit anything else. We even had to take to go boxes. This is located near Great Wolf Lodge! If you are staying there, this is super close and worth the drive. It's also not far off of 95 so if you are in the area swing by - worth the drive off of 95 (not far at all). Would for sure come again! Very tasty.

There are other parking lots throughout the town which would allow you to be close to the restaurant. There's a bar area, and a dining area. They do have outdoor seating as well. We sat at the bar. Super nice servers. You can tell they are happy and that this is a place where they focus on customers. Could see that there were several locals eating and drinking. Seemed many regulars were there. Ordered onion rings that were delicious. Then had 2 burgers - The Heater (no bun) and the monthly special which had sloppy Joe on it. The Heater was good. The sloppy Joe one was meh as the sloppy Joe part was very light as far as serving size so could barely taste. The burgers themselves are absolutely delicious! They use local butchers burgers (Bowman Butchers). You can clearly taste the difference. So good. We got fries with one (get those) and tots with the other (skip these). This is a terrific place to get good food and wonderful service. We didn't do drinks, but the bar is fully stocked and they have lots on tap. Worth a stop!!

At first I was concern the young lady did not have my reservation, Ok, I told her I talked to a young lady a few hours ago. She seemed overwhelmed at first since 4 more people came in behind us, but she did a great job getting everyone seated and water and homemade hot loaf of bread and a couple of different butters. I ordered lobster bisque in a cup and was more than enough, and we both had the Crab Cake platter, more than enough, family style peas and carrots. Homemade deserts, I had the bing cherry pie and Ice cream and my bride had the large fudge brownie and ice cream, both were heated up. Most people know I'm a pain in the butt and will tell management they have a problem. No problems here and would recommend Union Hotel to anyone. As a Historical Place it has a ramp, since I sometimes have a friend in at wheel chair, FYI..

We both hadn't been there in a while, and he had never seen the lighthouse. We accidentally stumbled upon an Octoberfest celebration, but the line for the German food was so long that we decided to find a permanent local spot. He was craving burgers (as usual), and Yelp suggested Abbey Burger was within walking distance. It's a cute little spot. We walked passed the door, as it's set back in a nook. Even though it was Sunday and there were sports on the televisions (and "Medium" - oddly enough), and they have sports-related specials, there were surprisingly few patrons. We were seated in the back, passed the shuffleboard table, where there are average height tables. The restaurant is decorated in loads of adorable fall decorations. I ordered a whiskey sour, and it seems that the bartender doesn't actually know how to make one of those because I basically received a shot of whiskey with an orange wheel and a cherry. Whiskey sours are supposed to have simple sugar, or a whiskey sour mix, in them to cut the bite of the whiskey. I drank it anyway, but I certainly wasn't going back for a second. My boyfriend ordered ginger ale, no ice - but got ice anyway. We had the GAME MEAT SLIDER TRIO, which consisted of venison, dry-aged beef (which I wouldn't consider a game meat), and CAMEL. When I woke up that morning I never would have guessed I'd be crossing tasting camel off my bucketlist. It was the best of the trio, too. Slightly sweet, great toppings (roasted red pepper and a sweet/spicy mayo). My boyfriend created his own burger with Kobe beef, a fried egg, special sauce, bacon and onion straws on a pretzel bun, with pickles. He HATED the pickle on the top of the bun, which were not the same as the ones inside the bun. He was so adorable when he bit into his burger and the egg yolk exploded everywhere (like a good yolk should). He was like a 3-year-old with yolk all over his face. I had the waffle fry nachos (chili, black beans, avocado, jalapenos, pico de gallo, nacho cheese, spicy crème fraiche). They were incredible. The chili is spectacular. And I realized that waffle fries won't get so soggy that they ruin any nacho leftovers. I plan on throwing these bad boys into the air fryer, when I ready to finish them off. We had a great impromptu date night.
