I called while I was on my way there too. I was 20 minutes late. I was 2 minutes from the door when I called a 2nd time - they said I needed to reschedule. I will reschedule, but with another doctor. When Doctors are running behind, that's okay, and we sit and wait in their waiting rooms for what sometimes seems forever, but God forbid a patient run behind! NEVER AGAIN!

The doctors seem nice enough but the management needs to have them trained and ready to accept patients. When I came in I needed a flu shot and an ultra sound referral. The doctor forgot to assist me in both of these aspects. I looked through my paperwork at the end of the visit and noticed that I didn't have the referral in my packet. This was the one reason I came in for a visit. I then had to schedule a follow up appointment and take up another hour or more of my life for reasons that should have been resolved during the previous week. I came in for my appointment at one that was scheduled for one and it's now 1:40 and I'll be late to go back to work now. It sounded like they forgot I had checked in and then they forgot why I was there and then they forgot that I had an appointment. I feel like I'm hanging out at a nursing home where the entire staff has amnesia. I almost feel like you walk into this office and you have to prepare yourself for the twilight zone. They make you question your own sanity since you wonder how an entire staff could be this discombobulated. I was told by a lab tech that the clinic would have my results in 24 hrs. I gave them 48+ hours business days before I called for my results. I talked to an Irene who said that she would look for my results and call me back- never called me back. This has been an overall unbearable experience! Called them back today and Irene was "on the phone" the girl who answered ask me the reason for my call ten times throughout our five minute phone call. I think there may be a gas leak over there as the entire staff seems to not have enough oxygen to their brains. The woman said that the nurses and doctors were on vacation and someone would call me with my results next week?! Even though she said a nurse was there prior to saying that they were all on vacation. I asked for the direct line for a lab technician to go over my results. She did not comply. I asked her for a nurse to call me and she did not comply. She then hung up on me. Come here if you want to feel like your health is an absolute joke to the inconsiderate and intolerable staff.

I've been told they were sent when I called insurance , they were not. I've been transferred to people who "claimed not to be in the office" and I've been put on hold every day for hours. I'm extremely bloated, uncomfortable and scared for my mental and physical health and these are NOT Healthcare professionals. Sad because I've been seeing Dr. Leon for over 15 years now and she's quite lovely but the rest the staff will not care for you if you are in need of help, not sure if this only applies to just trans people? But this is my experience and this facility should be shut down. changing my PCP ASAP because no one will help me get my medications
