She was receptive to my input, never dismissive, and allowed me to remain in control of decisions while still providing sound guidance and support. I can't say enough good things about Richard. My husband and I started working with him in 2020 and…read morewhen the market shifted, we backed off of searching for a house. We reached out again in summer 2024 and picked up where we left off. Richard was so helpful in every step of the process. He is so knowledgeable, kind, and never pushed us to do anything we weren't comfortable with. He never interjected his opinions unless we asked for his thoughts. Then he'd give us the most helpful insights. When our offer was accepted, it was easy to become overwhelmed with everything but Richard was very proactive, making sure we had everything we needed (he got us out of a few pinches as well). At the same time, he kept such a calming presence. I actually enjoyed the whole process and know it would not have been the same without him. I'm so glad we had him as our realtor.

In addition to the fact that he really is just a dope guy, Richard was practically the platonic…read moreideal of what you hope a realtor will be like. This was our first time buying a home; I'd assumed I'd never be able to do so, and as such had never bothered to learn anything about the process. No surprise then that a great deal about it was both confusing and frustrating once we began. Richard was a calm, steady guide throughout. He demystified the whole process and, more importantly, was usually the first person to notice enormous potential problems and make certain we understood them. he also never made us feel pressured to buy beyond our price range or to buy something that wasn't the exact right fit. More than once, we were so exhausted by it all that we were willing to settle for something we would really have regretted. Richard always kept us from making a bad (and in one case, very smelly) mistake. He also proved to be a strong advocate for us when we did bid, especially on the absolutely perfect home we eventually found. And he also generously gave us a ton of his time, even driving out to see a place with us on a weekday afternoon during punishing rush hour traffic. As YOU-HAVE-TO-BE-KIDDING-ME as the experiencing of trying to buy a house in LA can be, I found it, ultimately, to be genuinely fun in the end. Imagine that. So thanks for that too, Richard. Shorter version of the above: 10 stars A+ absolutely endorse.

I was so nervous about buying my first house but she made sure I knew what was going on the entire time. She helped me buy it ten THOUSAND under asking with a few thousand in credit towards closing costs. It was amazing. Didn't think I'd get such a great deal but Ani really made it happen. To top it off, she put her team to work and made all the repairs throughout the house happen. In two weeks after escrow closed, all the work was done and she had been at every appointment. Plumber, handyman, electrician, gardener, painters, she took care of all of it. I know it was above and beyond where her role as my agent started and ended but she was there every step of the way. Naira's knowledge, dedication, expertise and, most importantly, hard work and exceptional attitude, helped us save our previously mishandled Real Estate endeavor. We had to take the property of the market and cancel the listing with the previous Agents because they couldn't get a single offer on the property for more than 2 months and insisted on the unsolicited price reduction. After my friend introduced me to Naira and I have met with her and Karine, every aspect of the listing was reinvigorated with the warm positive energy that these two ladies brought with them. We got multiple offers within the first two open houses, all within the range of the Higher New Listing Price!
