We had our front and back yards redone as the last couple winters had destroyed nearly everything. We've had a landscape architect design a minuscule area in the past and her bill was nearly $5000. For a tiny design. That's why we feel the value was so good. They don't have a website , "because we don't need one". They were first called by our contractor as our sprinklers suddenly had problems. This was right after the "Father's Day" wind storm. Another disaster. What impressed me upon this first encounter (and represented the attitude/work ethic to come) was the manager and I were standing in my driveway near where my fence had been blown down. I spoke to my neighbor who said their sprinklers were having problems too. To which he said, "I'll look at it for you". Shocked at his kindness I said how nice that was, to which he said, "Well I'm here. Why not"? Everyone was respectful and proficient. They did everything that was asked; removed (including two overgrown Junipers) and replanted both back and front, reworked our fountain, trimmed remaining trees/shrubs, emptied our very large pots of debris, moved plants that were kept, reworked the sprinklers back and front, mulched twice! and replanted one large pot for me. Happily, we walked out with several flats. I didn't have time to shop although I was constantly distracted by the various offerings; kitchen stuff, home decor, clothing, seasonal, etc. Normally we walk out with more than plants.

He said it had come in and was at SiteOne in Bixby, and even gave me the address!I went there twice, and verified there was no turf,nor was any waiting to arrive .JUNE 1st i asked for receipts for all materials he had purchased so far.Of course,none transpired. after waiting 5.5 months, we finally asked for our deposit $ back. which we got. At the final meeting, he had the audacity to ask for over 1K for blah blah. Of course we said "NO, there's nothing in the contract about that and doesn't he know whats in his own contract?" Then, he actually said this, "dont u think i deseve it for all the work i did?" Stupidly we read and trusted google reviews. I'm old enough to kown its a red flag when a company cant provide real life references. As i think back noiw, maybe he needed the 14thousand $$ to get by for 5 months and never really was going to do anything. Lesson learned??? Ask for old fashioned references and CHECK THEM!!!

The workers started and instead of ordering top soil by the yard, they brought in multiple bags of soil which I'm sure were more expensive. After completing what they thought was a waterfall, we were totally disappointed. We ended having to show them examples from their own brochure as to what our vision and expectations were. They ended up deconstructing the first waterfall and upon their second attempt, they finally got it right. They've had to come back a few times to fix leaks, other than that, it's a beautiful waterfall. The only reason for 3 stars is that they really need to put their best foot forward on their design of their waterfall. You, as a customer shouldn't have to explain in detail what you expected vs. the product that they delivered.

Most of the time, the only way we would know they had been is they ring the doorbell and let us know they are starting work. All of our trees that they have serviced have never looked better. We were afraid we were going to loose our ash tree, but after a couple years of feeding and an initial trimming of the tree, it now is full of green healthy leaves, instead of the sickly wrinkled leaves it usually had by August. Their arborist recommended a clean out of our lacebark elm, which we thought looked okay. Since they had never steered us wrong before, we told them to proceed. One day we returned home after a day out, and noticed right away that the elm looked a lot better than it had. We B Trees had come while we were gone, cleaned out the problem branches, and cleaned up their mess and left. The only evidence they had been was the note on the door, and the tree looking much better. I would easily recommend We B Trees to anyone needing tree service. Their service is the best we have had, and their rates are very reasonable.
