They brought all of their supplies (including vacuum), though I'm sure they would have been happy to use my own products if I asked. They were so kind and their rate was very reasonable. They were also very careful about my cat and closing the door quickly when bringing in supplies. Would definitely call them again and recommend to others.

The other person arrived about 10 mins later and asked me where the other person was. When they finished, I looked around the downstairs quickly, saw a few things and 1 of them took care of it. They rest of that day and the next day, I saw plenty of evidence to suggest the deep clean part didn't happen. There was visible dust on multiple blinds still, dust on a couple of light fixtures, coffee table bottom area extremely dusty, a few baseboards not dusted, etc... The business reached out to see how the service went and they were on it immediately to fix it. They sent another set of people a few days later with 1 of them being one of the same people from before. I walked them around, showed them the spots missed and they took care of it. All in all, it was an okay experience.

I booked this service through Groupon and was given a 9 AM-1 PM arrival window, which I agreed to…read more I specifically chose this time because I had to leave my home at 3 PM. On the day of the appointment, I repeatedly texted the company asking when the team would arrive and clearly explained multiple times that I had to leave by 3 PM. I waited from 9 AM until 2:40 PM, giving them far more time than the agreed 9 AM-1 PM window. Despite all of this communication, the team did not arrive within the appointment window. When they finally said the team was on the way, I told them that I could no longer wait because I had to leave. I even offered that they could come after 3:30 PM or reschedule for another day. Instead of acknowledging that they had missed the agreed appointment window, they told me that even if they were unable to service my home when they arrive, they would still redeem my Groupon voucher. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a service that was not provided. I communicated clearly, repeatedly, and in advance about my availability, and I waited nearly two hours beyond the promised arrival window. The company should not be able to keep a customer's voucher when the service was never performed. I have screenshots of the entire text conversation documenting the appointment window, my repeated attempts to contact them, and my notice that I had to leave at 3 PM. Very poor customer service and a very unfair way of treating a customer. I would not recommend this company.
