Was told that they would look for it & call me back. About an hour later I get a phone call stating I never paid for my laundry. I stated I have the receipt & the attendant stated they called the wrong number. Then I get another phone call that they cant find my laundry and that I didn't pay for my laundry. I told them I was coming down there. By the time I got there they miraculously found the receipt ..but still my laundry was missing. I told them I wanted a refund & they lady told me she can't. It took a 1/2 hr of arguing to get my money back for a service that was not provided.

A special shoutout to Miss Toni on the day shift. She is one of the nicest people you will meet--always kind, helpful, and welcoming. She keeps the place looking immaculate, and it really shows. Whenever I drop my clothes off for wash and fold, Miss Toni does a phenomenal job--honestly better than I would do at home. My clothes always come back looking like they were pressed and ironed. That's how good she is. Great customer service and a great environment. I definitely recommend this laundromat!

Same for one that said 8.79, charges more, not sure why. Took 35 min to dry jeans, so like $1.50/ load. Their staff take up back table folding wash n fold orders, should be available for customers. One older lady sat down to fold her laundry because of that. The staff is constantly cleaning dryer vents n wiping down machines n sweeping. . Some people coming in and out and hanging around location make you worry n watch your belongings. I love that this location is spacious n open, don't have to worry about being too close to other people. But odor, so I'll find somewhere else to wash this persons clothes.

She rudely says, "No, it's too late for today and we haven't cleaned on Saturdays in over two years." I literally *just* said we're from out of town - how am I supposed to know that? I double checked after I left, and I still don't see that information anywhere on their website... that being said, their website is a mess, so I suppose that information could be buried somewhere & I just missed it. Anyway, no idea if they are any good, but the woman was super rude, so we definitely won't go back to Burlington Cleaners in the future!

A sign inside reads machines cleaned periodically... I would have hoped that they would clean them daily... After reading that sign it concerned me... I will say that the dryer filters are cleaned and the exterior of the machines are cleaned as well as the floors... Is the periodic cleaning the interior of the machines?... If that's the case this isn't good... The staff is friendly and helpful... I have noticed that the day shift staff does a little more than the evening shift... Pretty diverse group inside with attendant on duty. Has drop off, wash dry fold, service; but 10 lb minimum charge regardless of axial amount needed to wash. So single small or medium loads not really worth it. The inexpensive machines were are all broken, 2.25 for basic wash. And the next level up is about 5.50 for the small basic load. But the dryers were good. Large 30 lbs ish capacity and 0.25 for each 5 mins, 1.50 for 30 mins. Has 2 instore change machines and a atm. Pretty sure atm charge is crazy like most places but didn't check.
