I thought maybe they combined them so I went home looked thru everything & I was missing the laundry. Called them up & they stated they didn't have it. I went down there. I stated I have the receipt & the attendant stated they called the wrong number. Then I get another phone call that they cant find my laundry and that I didn't pay for my laundry. I told them I was coming down there. By the time I got there they miraculously found the receipt ..but still my laundry was missing. I told them I wanted a refund & they lady told me she can't. One thing regarding the cleanliness I suppose is that it could certainly use a sweep/mopping-up and a bit of sprucing up in general . I didn't see anything 'dirty' per se so I'm cool with the three stars. It is absentee ownership, literally, the owner or anyone else for that matter was not on premises. One of the patrons said "the owner comes back at 9 PM" but everything was working so it's really not that big of a deal I suppose. I did have some questions and I wanted to purchase a bag, then again if they don't sell bags the fact that no one was on premises doesn't really matter anyway. Overall I would say it feels more like an apartment building washing machine room and then a laundry mat due to the lack of service, borderline cleanliness and lack of attendance/wash and fold services.
