The staff, dentist, and care provided here exceeded everything I could have hoped for! They were so patient and kind especially with my autistic son. They made him feel so comfortable throughout the process, catering to his needs and going at his pace. Not once did we feel rushed. They provided a quiet room so my kids wouldn't feel so overwhelmed in a new environment and my son would not get easily overstimulated, which I really appreciated. The dentist and hygienist were so thorough in answering all of our questions, and giving us helpful advice/information that I hadn't thought to ask about, but I'm grateful they mentioned. The front office staff need to be more diligent and be able to find the information that is needed for parents and patients who are waiting. I arrived for my daughters oral surgery which was scheduled at 11. We arrived around 10:45 where told that the anesthesiologist was behind. When I asked how long and if someone could check. I was told possibly 20 minutes. They left out that there was a patient in front of my daughter that was still waiting. We waited for close to an hour and a half before being taken back (12:23).

Not once did I sense any condescension from either of them, which I've noticed is common in the dental field. The front desk & dental assisting staff are awesome. Very personable, welcoming & warm in their demeanor. It's always easy to book appointments with them. We've come into the office before COVID and it was very lively. Perfect for little ones & lots to be entertained by, including a large fish tank in the waiting room. Everything looked clean, organized & new. This last visit was obviously amidst the pandemic & they were very good about booking patients in a way where social distance is no problem & theres minimal exposure to everyone. I was very skeptical due to the name of the place. As soon as my insurance kicked in I called to schedule a CLEANING and I told them that I was new to the area. They scheduled my appoint for a few weeks. So fast forward to today when I go in and the place looks like, to quote another review "looks like a welfare dental office." So I fill out my paperwork, and go back in the exam room. I sat down in the chair in the assistant wasn't very welcoming and just jumped right into the x-rays. After she was done with the x-rays, she had the dentist come in. The dentist didn't even introduce himself and just started looking at my teeth. About 45 minutes later the assistant gives me back my glasses and said were all done. I replied "that's it, no cleaning. She says "oh on the schedule it just says an exam, check with the front desk." I go to check with the front desk and ask them if I had scheduled a cleaning. They reply, "oh we don't have a dental hygienist for the month of January." Really!? It would have been nice to know that when I called. So glad I took an hour of work so I could come in and waste my time. She wanted to schedule an appointment for the month of February for the cleaning, I said "No thanks, I'll call you." Do yourself a favor, pay a little extra and go see someone else. There are a lot more qualified dentists in the area! Thank god I didn't have them work on anything in my mouth.
