I was met by a tall guy named Bob or Robert (Radiologist I believe) that was nothing short of exceptional with his greeting ability and bedside manner in telling me what to do and how to get ready for the MRI. Then I met two fantastic MRI technologists, one by name of Amanda, who were both highly customer service oriented in talk and in action/procedures they took. I sent my family and friends pics of the wrong baby that we were oohing and ahhing over and it wasn't even my baby. Very disappointing that they did nothing else to make it right. I didn't really get a feel that they LIKED their jobs but they come for the check. It's a pandemic. I guess it's expected. Everything was timely, we arrived about 15 minutes before our appointment time and was in and out pretty quickly. You take photos home that same day. You can also go back if you don't like the photos you got and it's $25. Not too bad. The location is a bit tricky to find but it's clean, a bit untraditional in the floor plan, but not confusing at all. I expected a front desk of sorts- it was more of a side desk lol If I had to do it again, I would. The pricing isn't terrible, a bit high for 10 minutes but I guess they have to make money somehow. Just don't expect much friendliness and you'll be fine.
