The employees who staff the intake area are just delightful, helping carry items to the donation area in the rear of the store from your car to the holding bins. I do a Swedish Death Cleansing about every 4 months, so I always have items piling up in the back seat of my car, waiting to go. Also, pro tip: if you're lucky to lose a little weight and your clothes are looser than normal, clean 'em up and donate! It makes it less likely that you'll creep back into that bigger size if they're gone and someone else is looking good! Inside, the store is bright, staffed well, the items are out to sell and if you don't see what you want today, go back tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow. New things are always to be found. And you'll feel pretty good for supporting a charity that actually benefits people in our local community.

Great . . oh, but you might see the very same item on their in-house online selling account, and at a higher price than your item was "sold" for. When you finally give up on consigning, as I did, and ask very politely for the funds from your last sale, expect to receive nothing. Because "you don't have enough in your account so you'll have to ask the owner". Ask the owner for the funds from my own consigned items, but "it's unlikely he'll make an exception"? It's an interesting business model, I grant you that! For me, another hard lesson learned! If you're shopping for bargains, it will only benefit you.
