This company is absolutely horrible. I would not wish them on my worst enemy. As first time home buyers we did not know much about the home insurance process and was taken complete advance of by wellspring. We only found out later after switching companies that they put the complete wrong details about our home which resulted in a price increase in our insurance and In turn a mortgage increase. It all makes sense why they dodged our calls and then refused to even speak to us without a lawyer on the line they screwed up and refused to take responsibility and just say that. All of this as our brand new home of not even a month was flooding from a busted pipe and we needed our insurance the most. To make matters worst Mr. Lazaro was completely not empathic at all going so far as to scream into the phone telling my husband "we shouldn't have bought a house if we couldn't afford the repairs." These are repairs that totaled over 10,000 after it was all said and done. Don't know many people with 10,000 lying around.
