From the very first phone call, she made sure to get to know my family, our needs, our lifestyles, and our desires for insurance coverages. The personal connection that you get with State Farm is evident and so much more personal than an 800 number with whom you get a different person every time you call. Amy has been a wonderful communicator via every means possible - and I mean every means - phone, voicemail, text, and email - she does it all and she does it PROMPTLY. There was one time where I was literally about to make a purchase in Best Buy, and I needed to know if our Home Insurance policy would cover future damages, so I texted her to check, and she wrote back within 5 minutes. If you are looking for personalized insurance shopping, at a concierge level, then you are done searching. Go with State Farm. You won't be disappointed. Thanks to Amy and her whole team! A+++!

AVOID BOIZELLE AND ERIE! We have had homeowners insurance…read morewith Boizelle since 2004 and car insurance with them for several years longer than that. Today I got a call from them saying that our homeowners insurance was cancelled and that we are currently exposed without insurance! They said that two notices were mailed by Erie to our home but they didn't receive payment so they canceled our coverage. We have always faithfully paid our premiums when bills have come for the last 20 years. I don't know why we didn't receive their notices in the mail but I told Boizelle that it is a horrible policy to not receive a phone call about this BEFORE TAKING THE STEP TO CANCEL OUR POLICY! The first phone call was after they canceled our policy! We certainly would have paid immediately if notified by phone that it was necessary to do so. I would have even been OK with automatic payment via our credit card in order to stay covered. Bottom line, they said that to get coverage again we'd have to start from scratch by getting one of their people out to our house and drafting up a policy as if we were new customers. This is a boneheaded policy. Being left uninsured by surprise is a big deal and a poor way to treat a loyal customer. I know that there are better insurance companies out there that wouldn't have such ineffective practices. At least I know some good questions to ask other potential insurance companies before I give them our business.

I want to share my experience with Creamer Insurance Agency (related to Erie Insurance Exchange)…read more My mother passed at the end of 2023, and my father passed away in January 2024. Since then, our family has been navigating the lengthy probate process--a process that, as many know, can extend far longer than anticipated. Despite our ongoing efforts to settle the estate, we now face an additional challenge: the family home's homeowners insurance policy is set to be canceled at the end of next month because the property is no longer classified as owner-occupied following my father's death. I understand that insurance policies have specific guidelines, but canceling coverage during an already difficult and prolonged probate period feels especially harsh. We still need the coverage for the property until the probate is completed, and a more flexible or compassionate approach in such sensitive circumstances would have been greatly appreciated. This review reflects my personal experience and frustration, and I hope it encourages Creamer Insurance Agency to reconsider how such policies are applied when families are dealing with significant losses and legal complexities.
