The fills in fell out literally once I left. Crazy how the fluoride toothpaste corrected the increased sensitivity from the the HOLES YOU ALL DRILLED. If I was prescribed toothpaste instead of billing my insurance for an unnecessary procedure, you would not have received this well deserved 1 star. If you see prior reviews, most people agree this clinic is subpar. I won't even talk about customer service. Long story short it's also terrible. If you go to this clinic because you have Medicare or Medicaid, they will perform procedures even if not needed, because they want the most out of your insurance. Medicaid/Medicare provide payment at a contracted cost, and these offices do not get paid nearly as much for procedures vs a commercial insurance. In other words they do not care about people with government insurance. Luckily I have dental through my job and I can go to amazing clinics like PAPADAKIS AND GONZALEZ and 209 DENTAL who corrected this dumb clinics mistakes. ALSO IF YOU STILL HAVE MEDICARE/MEDICAID GO TO URBAN HORIZON CLINIC FOR DENTAL CARE! THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT PATIENTS, unlike at this dirty overcrowded office, where you are just another number. The office is extremely efficient and courteous; from the front desk staff to the hygienist. Regardless of which one is scheduled for my visits, they take time to explain what is being done and offer advice on what I need to add or continue for optimum dental hygiene. For this recent visit, Ebony was my hygienist. Before my cleaning she performed my periodontal charting and I must say that she had a heavenly touch. The probing isn't my favorite part of the visit but her hands were extremely light - no discomfort whatsoever. Dr. Riordan has the most soothing and calm demeaner. She always performs a thorough exam after my cleanings, x-rays, etc. She addresses any of my concerns and always explains what is recommended to maintain my overall dental health. The office is equipped with all the latest dental technology so you can have everything done in one place. When I leave the office I always feel confident and empowered because I know I received the best possible care and advice.

No wait time, superior clinicians who are very friendly and concerned about your comfort. This is a teaching hospital so some of the expenses are minimized because Dental Residents perform some non-surgical procedures (dental impressions, temporary crowns, etc.) The Montefiore Garage is right across the street and it's always full but they still manage to squeeze your car in.
