Jessika is the reason why I became a Wells Fargo customer. She's very helpful, patient, and ensures my banking needs are met. Great job! Shout out to Kristen for giving us a hand! read more

Sadly the reviews seem to be accurate. Standing in line waiting for one of only two teller stations that are open and watching the less-than-stellar behavior out of the four employees working here. Not a single smile anywhere. Tellers needing approvals or assistance and no authorized individuals available for them. HoHum. read more

Hours posted on Yelp show they're open today, Saturday, from 9:00-12:00. I went to the branch at 3222 E. Ray after 9:00 am and the doors were locked. The hours on the door were changed to M-F 9:00-5:00. When did they cancel Saturday hours? And no communication to customers? I wasn't the only one there, either. Their communications are great when they want you to open a credit card. When they have important changes, such as Saturday bank hours, they leave customers in the dark. Were they thinking we wouldn't notice??!! read more

I had a dentist appointment today. I could not use either my debit card or mt credit card. I (I forgot that I had to order a new debit card because there 5 attempts of fraudulent charges for $11.06 each that Wells Fargo Declined - Kudos to you Wells Fargo for catching those) But they did NOT catch the one for $120 that they allowed to go through, putting me in overdraft and costing me $70 in nsf fees.) So I transferred money from my checking account to pay down my Wells Fargo Credit card so I could use it at the dentist, but Guess what! I couldn't use that either! So I called Wells Fargo and they explained the problem to me like I was a slow child that when you withdraw money, it is taken out the same day, but when you deposit money, it takes 3 days to post to your account!!! I told them that was highway robbery and asked for the number to the corporate office so I could complain about the policy (instead of taking it out on the poor representative, who was not at fault), but she transferred me to her manager who proceeded to repeat the policy 4 times!. But I will tell you here, Wells Fargo is stealing my money for 3 days! when you take my money the day I deposit but you keep the money for 3 days before I can use it!!! read more

If I could give this bank a 0/5 I would. I just waited in line for over 30 minutes to be told they didn't have a banker in today. I'm sorry what? You are a bank and don't have a Banker in your branch on a Monday after the holidays. I will be closing my account read more

Not customer centric. They act like providing service is an inconvenience to them. Came in to do a wire for my business... apparently not convenient for them today. Really need to find a new bank. read more

I had just had a very bad experience at another Wells Fargo, so I am extremely happy to report that Aidan was the polar opposite of the last teller that I encountered at the Power and Guadalupe location! He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional! Please promote him as a trainer! read more

I walked in for the first time, in order to open a checking and savings account. Nobody came off as friendly or approachable. No one said anything to me, there was no greeting nor any direction. Also, there was a sign for the beginning of the line, however it was covered by some decorations so I couldn't see it. Politely I am standing in line behind a customer when another walks up. The tellers have seen me standing there. I'm 6'6, kinda hard to miss.. they take the lady who is in "line" next. The place I should have been but the sign was covered. That's enough of a first impression for me to take my business elsewhere. read more

Wells Fargo Bank - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Reduced hours are absolutely ridiculous for a bank that accommodates working patrons. Very difficult to even go to the bank during their allotted hours if you also hold a job. I recently drove up and it said they are now closing all day on Saturdays as well as Sundays. They also close early in the evenings and open later in the mornings. I tried going online to get some assistance as well and still have not heard back over a week later. Today I called a toll-free number. The associate was unhelpful and I could hear a dog barking the entire time during the phone call. Not very professional and I am definitely considering switching banks due to all of these issues. read more

Zero stars. Went here to deposit a check. I was told they "can't" because there would be an extended hold. I said that's fine. I don't need the funds now. I was then told I need to go to citi bank (there's none around here) and get a cashiers check and then I can deposit that cashiers check at Wells Fargo. No thanks. You just lost my business because of your incompetence. I'll find a bank that will take a perfectly good check and use them. Nice work guys! read more

No sense of urgency at this bank. Other branches will work faster to ensure that people aren't waiting for long periods of time. I am currently standing in the line and I have waited 24 minutes now. They aren't busy, just a little understaffed and slow. They have only helped 2 customers each in these 24 minutes. (Only 2 tellers). Everyone is speaking so loud because of the dividers so I can hear that they had simple deposits and withdrawals. It began with me being the only customer in line to the line being out the door. read more

I went in to get a replacement card, should be a quick in and out process right? Wrong, the teller couldn't do it for me so they put me on a list for a banker. Now 30 min later still no acknowledgement to my existence or even an update just to let me know they are aware of me waiting. Incredibly frustrating when I have 3 kids waiting in the car with my husband. If you have anything that is more then a deposit or withdrawal go somewhere else. Now after waiting the banker finally came up to me and said it's the end of my shift so I'm going home and the next available banker will help you and walked away ! It's no where near closing time and I just get brushed off. read more

Not much to say here except upsells and slooooow... always slow here - at least they're consistent though lol. That's about all I got... *shrug* read more

Great visit to this location. Went in to get a cashier's check. Was worried it might be a lengthy process, but it turned out to be quick and easy. Special thanks to Taylor, she was very helpful and super nice! read more

Went through the drive thru on a Saturday morning which could have been a nightmare. Fortunately, the teller Marina was friendly, fast and efficient. Even with a line of cars it took me less than 10minutes. Thank you! read more

I am about to be a "former" Premier customer with this bank. I have had two bad experiences with them, the most recent on 11/18/2014. A merchant made an error and charged my debit card (used as a credit card) for $4123 instead of 123.00. They voided the sale, however Wells Fargo will not release the money for up to 15 days! I have the voided slip... still nothing! If this is how you want to be treated... bank with them. If not, find somewhere else to go to. The fact is, they just have people read off of the computer screens and tell you "they are sorry, but they can't help you". read more

I was frustrated the week before Christmas when I was shorted on a transaction to exchange cash for coins. I didn't open all the coin rolls at the bank, but I did when I got home later that day. I realized I was shorted, but I didn't have time to go into the bank until just today... Ally took the time to listen to the situation and assured me she would do all she could to correct it. She just called to let me know that they were able to fix the issue... sure the issue should have never happened, but I appreciate the way that Ally took the time to listen and quickly acted to correct the situation. read more

The few times I've been inside this bank there's been no one else there. So naturally they were pretty quick with service.

I just wanted to thank Zack for always being excited to help me . He has good advice and is an asset to Wells Fargo. All the tellers are great . Especially Kacie she always makes you feel important and makes you feel good about yourself. John the manager is great also. I was with a different bank and they don't have locations across the US when I travel . Wells Fargo is everywhere . Other banks draw you in with promotions and freebies . Then you can never find a branch . Wells Fargo will offer you a cold water but way better banking . Thanks guys Al read more

Honestly I haven't really written a bad review before but I am just so fucking upset at this company. I work for a business that banks with Wells Fargo and we have to go to the bank a lot to get change or to fill our drawers up. Today we really needed to go to the bank so I ask one of my co workers to go for me so I can stay and watch the front. She said sure. So she took the money bag and left 20 minutes later I get a call and she tells me that they don't have enough 5's and asked if 10's were okay, I said I guess we only really use 5's and 1's but whatever, so to start I'm already irritated. Then another 20 minutes pass and my co worker calls and tells me I was suppose to sign the check but the business owner is the one who has always signed the check and we never had an issue before so I ask to speck with the bitch who was helping her. I ask her what seems to be the issue here and she tells me her name is Ally and that I was suppose to sign the check I gave my co worker and I told her no I didn't this is the owners account he signed the check and we never had an issue before why is it an issue now and she just kept saying that I needed to sign the check but I kept telling her no I didn't and she was being extremely rude. My owner calls this lady and tells her to give my co worker the fucking money and when she comes back I asked what happened apparently the dip shits need two forms of ID and your FINGER PRINTS! what the fuck. I have never had someone be so disrespectful and so unprofessional. Ally if you are reading you need to take a class on learning out to treat people your are rude and disrespectful. I hope you know you just lost my business. Don't be rude or a bitch. read more

I just want to take a moment to recognize Eric F. at your location. The company I work for comes in weekly and can sometimes take a little longer to get in and out. Eric was great and efficient. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They let inexperienced children handle your credit, and put no effort into anything. Spent 2 weeks of my time and after pulling my credit just to say they couldn't complete my request because it was TOO DIFFICULT for them. I went to a completely different branch of Wells Fargo, and the kind and experienced personal banker there said she was appalled by the way this branch spoke to me and treated me. In less then 30 minutes she got my request thru, easy as cake. The manager at this bank not only lets his workers get away with being rude and inconsiderate, but acts that way himself as well. And if you call them out on their lies, he will just lie MORE and tell you that you have no idea what you're talking about. I was going to go pull all my money and close all connections with Wells Fargo, but now I know it's not Wells Fargo's who is horrible, it's the staff of this specific branch. read more
