Never thought I would be sitting here typing in a review for a bank. If this bank wasn't 3 minutes from my business, I would never return. One drive-thru teller most of the time, which means a 20-30 minute wait outside. Inside, the wait is usually just as long. I'm going to look into taking my business to a credit union. read more

Worst customer service at a Chase branch in the phoenix area. This branch is the exact reason why they need to have fully automated systems. Go the extra couple of miles and visit the Dana Park location. Fewer lines, always have cash on hand, much better customer service. read more

ATM takes your money and you're on the phone for hours trying to make sure it gets credited into your account. With someone with anxiety, gives me a panick attack every time. Today I thought well maybe they fixed it, I can't go to the pull up because it's closed, I'll try the ATM. Biggest regret! read more

Let me tell you, I had to deal with a lack luster customer service rep on the phone, and instead when in to the Gilbert & Guadeloupe location. I spoke with the best Chase Bank team member I have dealt with in my entire 17 years banking with Chase. DEBRA BONEFIDE was direct, clear, and concise with her advice and help. Not to mention all her awards and trophies from over the years were strewn about in her office. That's when you know you're in good hands. I don't care what I need to handle as far as finances, I'll ask for her input to start. read more

I've been with Chase since 1996. I've had several businesses and 5 with Chase bank. Over the years I have had many many frustrations with Chase bank. I've had business bankers bugging me on a regular basis for business loans which I've never needed business loans. I figured one day, what the heck, just get a business line of credit for those unexpected rainy days. So I applied and they even asked me to ask for more which I replied No Thanks. They turned me down. I had a good amount in personal and business with my accounts and excellent credit. Left a sour taste in my mouth and almost transferred all my money and accounts to a different bank. Year or two later, Jennifer Nace, Business Banker at this branch contacted me to see if I needed anything which I replied not at this time. I kept her contact info and over the past few years I have been in touch with her off and on when I needed her help. To say Jennifer Nace is a Superstar would be an understatement. Take my word for it, I have dealt with many bankers in the past and nobody holds a candle to Jennifer. Friendly, Supportive, and Extremely diligent and quick to respond to all my needs. We even went through an Audit with one of my companies and she was quick to assist me in changes I needed to make and obtain docs I didn't have access to. Business owners, she's the one! read more

Staff are ok. What I have here is the huge learning lesson for opening my business and personal checking with Chase in general. If you are using Quick Pay, be careful! Never believe that "available balance" because everything is go by cutoff day and time. So even if your account shows you available balance, it is going to burn you with penalty fee for not having the available money in it. My lesson learned and paid my dues with poor customer service from Chase over the phone and in person. Thank you for your service Chase. I am glad that I am still with an awesome banking institute for all my personal and business purposes. This is a wake up call for me to not to look further or try any other banks. read more

Had my account frozen. Went to two other branches. No available banker. Its a Saturday. I was able to find an available banker to help me. Beth R Chapman help me. She did a fanatic job. We was on hold for over 30 min on the fraud department. She stuck it through. She voice her opinion on how my situation is being handle to the person on the other line. She had to transfer the call to supervisor. Overall thank you Beth R Chapman. She did a fantastic. Also while helping me, she was also helping another client. She wad juggling two clients, greeting people as they came in, checking to see if they need help. read more

This is the worst Chase on the corner of Gilbert Rd/Guadalupe location in the area when it comes to customer service. Manny Ramirez, Chase Banker asked "Can't you see your account online." When I stopped in to ask a question about my account. Like I was bothering him. Very rude and disrespectful. When I spoke with Dirk, the branch manager, all he had were excuses for Manny Ramirez behavior. Rewarding bad behavior. Obviously, these Chase employees don't realize without customers they wouldn't have a job. This is the second time I have had extremely poor service at this branch and I will certainly NEVER return. read more

Wanting a new loan or product? They will treat you like royalty. Want to withdraw money, have a question about a current account,or any other service issues and you get treated like a second class citizen. Will be closing all my accounts with Chase. Christina Ramos is rude and unwilling to help to customers unless it directly impacts her bonus. Want to a teller, get prepared to wait 15 mins. Calling ahead to make an appointment? Won't matter since they don't answer the phone. What's worse is they will refer you to another branch for servicing. All about the bottom line at this branch. Worst service ever. read more

Went to this bank to get a cashiers check to pay off my house. The teller said he couldn't give me one unless I had an account there. I said I don't have an account so just cash the check since it was on a local business with a chase account. He said there would be a 6 dollar fee to cash the check. I said ok. The the manager came over and said we won't cash the check, I said its on your bank. To bad he said, take it to your own bank. I said, you have to be kidding me. I yelled out before I left for all too hear, if you want to cash a check drawn on this bank don't come here. Worst customer service Iin the world, go online and Google chase bank and you will hear from thousands of customers and employees that hate chase bank... They said it was the worst place they ever worked. The Internet speaks for iitself. Find a local credit union who cares about the customer, CHASE WILL TELL YOU TO GET THE HE..
