VIOLATION OF PRIVACY!! Yes, on the behalf of an employee…read moretaking my name and information, creeped me on Facebook and accidentally submitted a 'friend request' (that was then withdrawn). I did not know this employee whatsoever! This all happened immediately following a dispute with a transaction (I was the talk of the day, I'm sure!) thus leading this employee to act on ignorant/negligent behavior to creep me on Facebook and initially sent a 'friend request' (then withdrawn - but not before I captured a screenshot in which I later emailed to her supervisor) This employee's Facebook account lead with - she works at/for National Bank of Commerce. We have zero mutual friends. Why the '(accidental) friend request'?!? ...coincidentally the same day I was in a dispute!? I later spoke with management regarding this issue/situation. This higher ranking manager (I will not disclose name) lead me to believe that he was in support of the employee and that her Facebook account was hacked and she did not initiate the friend request. REALLY!!?? Seriously people. The lack of honesty and integrity of NBC is repulsive let alone NBC's clear lack of professionalism - my privacy was violated!!

They will stick you with a fee of like $7 for every hundred dollars that the check is. If you do have a bank account there the tellers are nice and if you are a merchant then you get to jump in a smaller line to make deposits. The only reason I ended up closing my account here is beaches I use a credit union now and don't have a use for 5 bank accounts.

Refuse to speak to my spouse who pays the bills without refinancing our loan. Changed their payment system and we couldn't set up a new account because we don't have access to our account number because they won't send us any paperwork. We live over an hour away from the nearest bank. Finally got set up in their new account system after a month and there are still no access to statements. I have no idea how much I have left on my loan.
