This bank be banking. I often dread going to the bank. Let's be honest - it's rarely for a fun reason. BUT - this Wells Fargo branch makes those types of reasons bearable. The tellers and Bankers(?) are very personable and operate with speedy efficiency to fix any fiscally frustrating fluctuations that called me onto this financial floor. This branch continues to be the worst WF branch I have been to. The ambience is horrible- actually it has none at all- the furniture is old and cheap looking, and most of all there are hardly any tellers working. Everyone is walking around doing other things. If you complain they look at you like you're trying to make trouble despite having to wait a long time to see one. They then tell you " we are getting more tellers and nice furniture " but that's bullshit because I heard that years ago. I would stay away from this branch. The people on line never complain or say anything. I guess that's what they like. They can then get away with all this poor service. read more

I would give this branch negative stars if I could. I have banked at Wells Fargo for over 30 years and this by far is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. I have tried to talk to a banker and they will tell you they don't have anyone to talk to for a week. Today tried to wire money to close on a house and they told me they didn't have anyone available but they would tomorrow. I asked the teller for a withdrawal of 100s in excellent condition for an international trip and she gave me attitude. So weird, what's the point of banking in person if you can't accommodate that? She said she could only pull the hundreds twice, and said I'd have to go to another teller if they weren't good and I needed another batch pulled- but then she ended up pulling it for me 4x because that statement just sounded so dumb. Worst customer service ever I purchased a cashier's check 2 mos. agoI went to cash it today and I was told the cashier's check was no good I was waiting for well over an hr. While employees were on the phone to figure why the cashier's check could not be cashed they said it cancelled right after I purchased the cashier's check I asked how this happened and I was told by management they don't know worst experience ever I will never return to Wells Fargo Clovis branch it was a horrible experience very unprofessional I must say. read more

Zero stars In line for over 30 minutes. Teller took my deposit, but spent almost 10 minutes reviewing it. She did not want to take the next customer so she delayed my transaction. To top it off she now needs a manger to approve a straight deposit with no cash back. Took the manager 10 minutes to come over and review her work. He basically took his time reviewing what she reviewed, again they delayed and delayed. Line now is basically out the door. They did not care, after about 10 minutes of the manager doing nothing I took my deposit and left. A wasted 40 minutes of my life. I go to another bank who treat me as a valued customer. read more

LONG WAIT. DIRTY BANK & NOT SANITARY AT ALL. I chose Wells Fargo for my banking because that's all I've known! I've had Wells Fargo for as far as I can remember and every branch I've been to is always really clean and the employees are always so professional from appearance to personality and all. However today my experience was completely different! I visited this location during COVID-19 and it's also my first time at this branch. There was no coordination to get inside the store expect for a line or customers not adhering to 6 ft! Also when it's finally my turn to enter the store the employee who greets me is in sneakers and jeans and doesn't even look like an employee... I walk into the location to wait inside since my turn to be assisted is almost up and I can't help but notice how dirty the floors are.. nothing looks clean. Employees aren't in profesional attire, they all look like they just woke up. Everything has fingerprints on it or looks messy. There's empty popsicle sticks in place of flyers. This location just is gross. I would not feel safe working here or coming here. Please make this location more sanitary and also more presentable for customers! There are 6-8 employees walking around, one teller, dealing with one unhappy guy with complicated requests, and there are 10-14 people in an increasing line over the past 30 minutes. And nobody steps up to work a second teller. Are you kidding me?! You're a manager... so you probably started as a teller.. help your team. Opened my first checking and savings account here at the age of 15, was under my mother's joint account. Almost 21 now and I'm still sticking to Wells Fargo. As for this location, the inside is generally small, just long in length; but very professional atmosphere with a clean environment. There is about a 10-11 person counter, 2-4 office spaces and a wide floor space which has couches and tables for the folks waiting. There is also a kids waiting table filled with crayons and such as well. As far as lines go, usually T-TH you could expect a 1-3 person(s) line. F-M seems to be the busiest with a line expecting 4-7+. There are three ATMS located outside with reserved ATM parking as well. The parking lot can be a bit tricky towards the ATM facing side since it is a bit tiny; so would definitely recommend using the lot facing the south of the bank. Overall the location of the bank is very convenient to the many shopping centers nearby. I've been a member for about 6 years now and have yet to face any sort of complications. Very bad customer service today. At least 18 people in the teller line. The ATMs are pretty quick but no one is available to help for customer service and no one standing in the lobby to greet you. The bank smells horrible like a bunch of hairy greasy mechanics have been working in there today. Only problem with my visits here are that there are very long line at times if you needed to see a teller about something. Whenever I do see a teller here, they are very professional & chill, so I've never had a problem with them. Sometimes you are greeted as you enter, sometimes you don't get greeted, which I don't really mind. Most of my visits coming here, is just to use the ATM inside even though there are ATM's outside. No one really seems to care about the ATM's inside so I just go in to do whatever I needed to do quickly at the ATM and head on out. Very small area/lobby for customers to hangout at while they are waiting, though. So overall, this place is decent. read more

Worst customer service I have ever received from a bank. I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and I have never been so disrespected. I came in from out of town to cash my check, waited in line for about 20 minutes to have a checker and her manager refuse to cash my check. I work for the State of CA and although our checks are sometimes post dated by 1 day, Wells Fargo CAN and Always does cash my check on payday. I explained this to the manager and checker who refused to help me at all and kept repeating the same line to me, telling me I had to return the next day. Well guess what, I went over to another Wells Fargo down the street and I got my check cashed just like I always do! :-) So Thank You for wasting my time and for the horrible customer service in Clovis. read more

Last week I was assessed a bounce fee when my account showed a positive I asked why they said it was because of charges that went through the next day. I was in a very urgent nees of taking out $3000 from out of my Checking account. I had arrived to the bank about 5:10pm closing time. But i had then noticed that there were three other guest outside waiting as well... I guess the door lady that works for the bank had already counted them for to be seen or service because when it was my turn to go into the bank. She had closed the door and with a rude throat slice gesture, said that they're closed. No more people! I needed money to get my car out from the impound and i didnt want to have to keep paying for the daily fees plus i work and deal with my kid who has autism. Worst place that has customer service and i am a very loyal value customer for over 20 years. The bank Manager was cool but some of the employee there, need to take a customer relation class or course. I have a personal and a business account with Wells Fargo. The experience of waiting in line, whether it is the business line or the regular line has always been a frustrated experience. My experience with the long waiting line is inconsistence. Many times when I wait at the business line, I will see people who came 5 to 10 minutes after me get served before I did at the regular line. Many times when I decided to wait at the regular line, many people on the business line who came 5 to 10 minutes after me would get served. Yesterday, I've finally had enough. I was waiting in the regular line for at least 15 minutes and finally I got to the front waiting for the next available teller. Lord and behold, this lady teller just waved me off twice and decided that she would rather serve the people who were waiting at the business line. Now, I wouldn't mind if they were there before me but they weren't . I've been observing the line through out the entire 15 minutes and those business customers weren't there while I was waiting the entire of those 15 minutes. Frustrated and upset, I walked out of the bank. I know I am not alone on this, because I've overheard people who are in line murmuring and complaining about the waiting time and how the lines are operated. read more

I went to Wells Fargo to order checks, when I was seated at the reps desk, she never acknowledge me. At the end of her ordering the checks I asked if she could provide me temporary checks and I was told I needed to stand in the mile long line to get a sheet from one of the tellers because they work from a different system. I also asked if she could show me the options and she said sorry I don't have anything-This is a lack of customer service. Every bank I have opened an account with provides temporary checks at the representatives desk. read more
