    Normal banking stuff wait, watch and wonder...wonder if the DMV is as slow as this branch.

    LONG WAIT. DIRTY BANK & NOT SANITARY AT ALL. I chose Wells Fargo for my banking because that's all I've known! I've had Wells Fargo for as far as I can remember and every branch I've been to is always really clean and the employees are always so professional from appearance to personality and all. However today my experience was completely different! I visited this location during COVID-19 and it's also my first time at this branch. There was no coordination to get inside the store expect for a line or customers not adhering to 6 ft! Also when it's finally my turn to enter the store the employee who greets me is in sneakers and jeans and doesn't even look like an employee... I walk into the location to wait inside since my turn to be assisted is almost up and I can't help but notice how dirty the floors are.. nothing looks clean. Employees aren't in profesional attire, they all look like they just woke up. Everything has fingerprints on it or looks messy. There's empty popsicle sticks in place of flyers. This location just is gross. I would not feel safe working here or coming here. Please make this location more sanitary and also more presentable for customers! Giving this place 2 stars only because the teller that assisted me was very friendly. Thank you.

    I feel like home going here environment is always friendly and attentive. All the tellers are always nice and in a good mood. Two days in a row I happened to have forgotten my debit card and the young man who happened to help me out on both days, was very kind even after I had made him do extra work.

    We wait and three people are in the back while the line of 10 people are waiting for one teller

    Horrible service and even more horrible ATM's. They're always out of order or never taking tap to deposit or to pull out money.

The situation began when the credit union's fraud department called me at approximately 9:00 PM. During that call, I asked the representative to repeat information they had just given me. Instead of clarifying, they closed my card entirely. What followed was over a week of contradictory information, unreturned promises of call backs, and repeated claims that they were "leaving me voicemails." I do not have voicemail. I confirmed my phone number multiple times, and I explained repeatedly that voicemail is not available on my line. This fact never seemed to register. Throughout multiple calls, representatives frequently failed to respond to what I had just said. For example, after explaining that I was over 2,000 miles away from the nearest branch and could not appear in person, I was immediately asked whether I could visit a branch anyway. This happened more than once, often within the same conversation. At one point, I asked a representative to repeat a single number back to me ("7") simply to confirm they were listening. They did not, and instead told me I needed to be "nicer." This was after days of being locked out of my own account. There are also long-standing issues with basic account maintenance. I have been trying to update my address since 2021 and have filled out the required forms multiple times. I was told this issue was caused by a "new computer system" implemented on August 4, 2025, which does not explain why the problem predates that system by years. My debit card was shut off while I was out celebrating my wife's birthday, leaving her to cover expenses. I also rely on this card to purchase medication, which made the delay more than an inconvenience. I am not reviewing this lightly. This credit union used to be reliable, but my recent experience shows severe breakdowns in communication, follow-through, and basic customer service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend banking here and strongly suggest others proceed with caution.

Then received another letter that they took the 2 cents out of the account. It cost them $20 for paper, ink, envelopes, and postage just to get 2 cents. I emailed the department with no response and when I called she was rude and when I requested a manager I got the "Oh she's busy and will return your call" will no retuned call. Horrible customer service.

I would have to wait and the staff would open 10-15 minutes later. Same issue with closing; I would try to get there before 5:00pm and by 4:30pm the bank was already closed. Drive thru is an issue too; there's no staff. One day I waited almost 20 minutes. I left the drive thru and parked, knocked on the door, and then drove again by the drive thru to be helped. Now during COVID times, the bank opens at 10:00 am. Wish they would open a bit earlier. They also closed at 4:00pm now. If you have a deposit, make sure to be there no later than 3:30pm or you may not be able to find them open sometimes.

Multiple times I have been there at 4:55 and at 5:55 and the doors already locked. It takes customers deposit in order for the bank to operate but yet they don't seem to care and want to close early. Very poor customer service not satisfied at all. I'm possibly going to close my account and my business account. Seems to be ongoing problem. I also attempted to call the one 800 number customer service and the branch before 6 PM and no answer. So this must come from the corporate, hold the customers money and close early.. this is pathetic. If you read this and you were thinking about opening an account with Central Valley Community Bank please take my advice and take your money elsewhere to a group that cares about you.
