I initially told the nurse that I did not want blood drawn as the other screening was sufficient for my visit reason. However I was encouraged by the nurse and doctor to get a series of tests and lab work that I did not need because it would be of no cost to myself. I paid for the visit and was advised that my insurance would cover the lab work completed. Several weeks later I am being sent lab bills for hundreds of dollars.

I've had horrible experience after horrible experience. Avoid them at all cost. If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would. I was put off by the excessive Christian propaganda filling the entire office and their insistence on mentioning God every so often, but I decided to ignore my better judgement and try it out because I was pressured into making a decision. After my first adjustment, my jaw dislocated and locked open for 3 days. When I went for my second adjustment, I asked the "doctor" to take a look at it because it was still bothering me, but he informed me that wasn't his concern. He did whatever adjustment he had planned and sent me on my way. The next morning, I woke up in excruciating pain and could not turn my head to the left or look up without shooting pain for over 2 weeks. I contacted Phoenix Chiropractic and shared my awful experience on 10/7. They did apologize and promised to issue a full refund. However, the refund never happened. My Care Credit account I was pressured into opening was never closed by them. I have reached out to try to get them to close out the account, but have not heard back from them at all. I call and it goes unanswered. I email and they don't respond.

A patient was hesitant to come in due to a lunch break sign posted on the door that some one had forgotten to flip.
