I'm extremely disappointed with how this office handles appointments. I scheduled mine well in advance and even arranged time off from work to make it. Then, they cancelled on me at the last minute--with no regard for my time or the inconvenience it caused. What's worse is they have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for patients or we get charged a $25 fee. Yet they don't hold themselves to the same standard? My time is valuable too. I can't afford to keep juggling my work schedule for appointments that aren't honored. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. read more

I absolutely love this office. Their staff has always been super pleasant and very understanding. Dr.Paccione is hands-down probably one of the best doctors I have ever had. She has always taken the time to really listen to my concerns and questions. She really is amazing! Her nurse Jackie is just as amazing. Dr. Jackie is an amazing OBGYN.I've been a patient for about 16 years. I would recommend anyone looking for a female black doctor to call her up. She was my doctor when I was pregnant and she was extremely patient with me. The baby was a whoops baby so I was hormonal to say the least my oldest was 23 when he was born. She made me feel 23. I have been going to Comprehensive Women's for a year and a lot has happened. I've had issues where the appointments I made in person at the Duluth office was scheduled for the Dunwoody office. I had no idea until the day of the appointment. You would think that since I am in person at the Duluth office it would be implied which place I want to be booked for. Yet, I was blamed for this mix up for not verbally stating that. read more

I wish I could review the doctors, but I haven't even had a chance to meet anyone. I am currently pregnant and my previous doctors office doesn't accept my new insurance. No problem, I found Comprehensive through my insurance and decided to give them a shot. When I first called them to try to set an appointment, they told me that since I was 28 weeks, I would have to send over my current medical records for them to review. No problem. I did just that and had my office fax everything over. They told me I should hear back from a nurse within a week. I called for TWO WHOLE WEEKS. Every time I called, it's "oh the nurses will have to review this and they should be reaching out to you today or tomorrow." Is this scripted?! I heard this from every person I spoke to EVERY SINGLE TIME. Surely.. I haven't received a single phone call back. Completely wasted my time and I am about to be 31 weeks pregnant with my first child! This is not the time to be playing. Terrible impression already. My Doctor, Dr. Jacqueline Walter's is truly a phenomenal woman. As a Dr, a Wife and a Mother of millions she's still seems to balance all of that and stay pretty. I really love how I could not have seen Dr. Walter's in a year or more, and she knows exactly who I am when she walks in the room. That warms my heart, because most Doctors only know you by your chart they have. Dr. Walter's is not judgmental, you can talk to Dr. Walter's about whatever is bothering you and she will listen. I've been going to dr. Rachel Passioni(sorry if misspelled) for a few years now and the reason is because she makes things easy, she's nice, and she's quick! In and out in 30 min. I love seeing her she'll help you with all your needs according to how your body is individually. I definitely recommend seeing her if you're looking for a new gyno and the staff is really nice. read more

Dr. Castillo is a Great doctor however each time I've come it's a 30-40 min wait, from your scheduled time. What's the point of scheduling an appointment? Food for thought. I'm only giving them 1 star due to Dr. Walters professionalism and caring nature. But other than that this office is all over the place and isn't one one accord. And every visit you will wait atleast an hour to be seen. Please don't believe the hype. Find an OBGYN office that actually cares! read more

Love Dr. Paccione she's very sweet and hilarious. She really made me feel comfortable... the only problem I have is calling into the office today I was on hold for 17 + mins. No one popped back on the line to let me know they were still there. I am pretty sure they forgot about my call entirely. I was about to post this review with 1 star because I was so annoyed and frustrated.... but I will still give 5 stars because when you're actually there and in front of them they are wonderful. I just wish there was a little more professionalism when calling in to schedule or ask questions. All they said was can you hold please and put me straight on hold. I get that you are very busy but so are the people calling in. I had to hang up because my lunch break was over. :( read more

I LOVE Dr Castillo let me start with that. However, whoever is running the office is doing a poor job of managing the appointments. I am 26 weeks pregnant and every time I have been here - except once- I have been here for more than a hour and a half. I show up early and sign in every time, wait about 30-45 mins, get vitals, wait for doc in room and then I leave. However I was needing a glucose test and followed all of the rules and guidelines they gave me and they were STILL late getting my bloodwork( it should be done no later than a hour after drinking the drink). I had to remind them from the waiting room where they immediately told me to go back but will it be accurate?? This is unacceptable to me. I have a job, and with the amount of PtO I am having to take because their lack in scheduling properly, it is really frustrating. I stay because of the doctor and that's the only reason. I urge this office to have a SIGN OUT SHEET to bring visibility to where the slack should be picked up. Time is money. Thanks read more

I really love all three doctors here. They are wonderful. Let's start with that. The front office and billing staff is another story. I consistently overpay because they say things aren't covered fully by insurance (they do not seem to factor in contracted rates at all) and if I don't follow up on it myself, I am out that money. Luckily, I have learned my lesson and ALWAYS follow-up. This time I overpaid $192. I should have paid $0. Insurance covered it at 100% but do you think they called to refund my money? Of course not! It's so frustrating. I want to give 5 stars because I love the doctors so much, but that's about all they have going for them. You can probably find great doctors elsewhere without the hassle of their office staff. read more

The doctors are great, but the office staff is not. I have been going here for years and have had several issues including my prescriptions not being called in, resulting in me having to make another visit to the office and the billing codes being incorrectly entered and submitted to my insurance for visits that should have been routine (I even called my insurance company there in the office to be sure I was covered.) The most recent time this happened, I spent weeks (almost a dozen calls) trying to get in touch with the billing department and never got a call back. They also were not returning calls that my insurance company was making to them. It's really frustrating to spend over a month trying to sort out a careless billing issue when no one at the office returns your calls. read more

Similar to other comments - the doctors here are absolutely wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and are quick once they're in the room with you. The office staff is friendly in person, but when you are trying to contact them via telephone it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. The phone lines still say the office is closed 10-15 minutes after their scheduled hours and the prompts are extremely long, often ending with you leaving a voicemail. When you do get to a person - they will immediately ask to place you on hold and forget you are there. I will not be coming back to this clinic unfortunately because of their poor customer service. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Castillo always goes out of her way to make me feel as comfortable as possible and makes sure I fully understand everything that in tests and in my results. Same with the nurses they were a great. Very friendly and make sure they treat you like a friend instead of just anther patient on their list. The receptionist on the other hand was very rude to me and other patients. Very impatient and disrespectful. Her ability to perform customer service was very poor. I watched her repeatedly demonstrate rude behavior to several patients while I was waiting. A patient was hesitant to come in due to a lunch break sign posted on the door that some one had forgotten to flip. When the patient finally said excuse and poked her head in the lobby to ask if she could come in the receptionist simply looked up and snapped, "what do you think?" The poor woman was mortified, apologized and proceeded to sign in with out a word. As a woman in customer service I can agree we have bad days but there is no reason to disrespect and talk down to others. read more

The staff was nice, except for one lady I spoke to when I called in. I've had one child a couple years ago and it was a c-section birth. Dr. Castillo is really nice however, it felt like she was immediately pushing a c-section for the second birth instead of a vbac. For that, I will not be returning. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Castillo for 8 years now. She has been my doctor throughout all three of my pregnancies. She is the most AMAZING doctor I have ever been to, she is so caring and patient, and listens to all of your wants, needs and worries. The whole staff is great, like I said I have been going to their Duluth office for 8 years and have no complaints at all, they make you feel like a part of the family everytime. read more
