When we reached out for a quote, Taylor came over the very next day. He answered all our questions, explained every detail, and made sure he knew what our expectations were. We decided to hire Taylor because we were impressed by his knowledge, his helpful advice, and his thoughtfulness. Then, when we requested to move the original start date up a few weeks, Taylor was able to accommodate us by moving his other jobs around. We are so appreciative he could make it happen on our timeline! Taylor went above and beyond to prepare the site - he removed two very large crab apple trees, tree roots, old stumps, a large volume of bark chips, plus vegetation. Taylor's communication was excellent, from start to finish. He let me know every day when he was on his way over, exactly what he would be doing, how long it would take, and he responded immediately if I had any questions. We highly recommend that you hire Taylor for your project - he is professional, responsive, and he truly cares about customer satisfaction, which is a rare quality these days.
