He's an old school businessman, something you'd see back in the 50's. He practically trained to maintain my fireplace, but I'll still call for the annual check up. Rob also edified me on pellet brands. Being a skeptic, I tried about 5 different brands and sure enough, he was dead right on the Packsaddle brand. Even though it was twice as much as the cheapest brand i won't use anything else now. With Rob's fine tuning my old Whitfield is producing three times the amount of heat now.
