Amazing customer service. My toddler was acting strange and started a fever on Christmas Eve. They got us in right away and we were able to get his ear infection treated quickly. Health care services are really under a lot of pressure right now given a terrible flu season. I feel for them. That said, I went to WellNow due to a flare up in a chronic condition (one that i had been seen for several times there). My attending practitioner did not address my previous reasons for visiting there and just repeated "everyone's sick." Her recommended prescription wouldn't have helped my symptoms. then she just walked out of the room. And I was out $180 with no treatment. I still think WellNow is a great provider and essential for treating basic illness. I will be back. But if you need someone to listen to you about your condition, they might not be the best choice. read more

Sent me a bill owing 107.66 and after paid sent another bill saying owed another for 26.92 for discount that I did not get. Called NY office 3 times and they will not remove the additional billed amount. Horrible corporate office to deal with in NY, Jackson office can't help. Office needs cleaning. read more

Anyone who needs a 10 point test that you pay which is $85, their machine is down, non-existent. They won't tell you that until they AFTER they take your your money, what they do tell you is: "oh by the way, our machine is messed up we have to send out your results to the lab with an unknown unidentified timeframe. One person tells you one to two days. Two days go by and the next person tells you 3 to 5 days then when you question her she goes well we really don't have a time when it comes back and says we just throw numbers out there because we really don't know. So instead of doing your customers A service, in saying hey our machine is down when you're needing the results that day to gain employment they don't care. They're just happy to take your money. I could've drove to Lansing another place in Jackson or Detroit and had my results that day and started working the very next day so don't go there for any test that you gotta pay cash. you will not get your results same day read more

I wanted to leave a review, as I have not been sent one through email. I saw the doctor at 7:30 am on 11/11/23. I was so thankful to realize my sinus infection would be taken seriously and had numerous meds called in to the pharmacy for me. I took my child in for a wrist injury, but no where on their web registration does it ask what they are being seen for. I was charged immediately for a co-pay. Once my child was seen they tell me they don't have an xray technician on Tuesdays. It wasn't posted anywhere, asked what they were being seen for, or anything prior to being taken back into a room. Now, they say that because the visit was started, they will not refund the co-pay. Like we wouldn't have even came there if we had known they couldn't provide certain services. Their number to call for billing support is ridicules as I waited on hold 50 minutes, twice, and no one ever picked up. Beware! read more

I should've looked at these reviews first because they are spot on! But I was thinking it's Friday, and I need this processed, I'm just going to get a urine screening so it shouldn't be that bad but to be there for over 1 hour and 1 person ahead of me was ridiculous..multiple people who came in after me left because of the unnecessary wait The receptionist clearly didn't want to be there holding on to our identification just to scan it. I had to ask was she done with my passport. It was just sitting next to her. That took all of 2 seconds to do and you have 3 persons personal ID with you, with copies and no one is being called back. they had the lights dimmed/off in the back as if no one was back there Wouldn't you want to clear out the lobby so you can have the downtime you wanted?? After finally being seen for a URINE Screening Ashley was very rude and unwelcoming. People always mispronounce my name so I just politely correct them. I corrected her and she threw her hands and shrugged her shoulders and said "ok, so.." I said "it's spelled differently so just letting you know" she said sorry in a low tone..she didn't even look at me the whole 5min. She pointed and said "go in that room" she grabbed the cup walking ahead of me not looking at me with the cup in the air and she's taller than me saying "fill it to 45, don't flush or wash" she walked out the room and pointed w/o looking again and said "bathroom right there". bathroom nasty, she never flushed it when I got out! Just very unpleasant, attitude nasty, I felt discriminated against being a Black woman and I drove an hour there. 0 stars.. read more

They take you in fairly quickly. Nursing staff are ok. Doctors are ok The place is obscenely dirty, this is a medical clinic so they should have high standards of clean. Been here twice been in 2 different rooms and both grossed me out!! read more

My daughter and I had a positive experience with the staff and received great care. However, the billing has been a total nightmare. I paid our balances the day we received our bills in the mail over 7 months ago. Though I have receipts proving WellNow withdrew money from our card, it never posted to our account. Since then we have gotten threatening letters and calls. No one at WellNow billing has been able to help me. When I called the Jackson Wellnow, I requested to speak with an office manager and the receptionist hung up on me. read more

I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before being called to the back for my physical. I spoke to Dana and explained the situation and question why individuals, who came after me for the same service, was called prior to me. I was told that they are not putting the charts in order as they should. I really wonder if it was due to me being the only brown person in the waiting room. Horrible service read more
