I continued to suffer for a few more days (because they told me not to come back for 5 DAYS) before finally deciding to go to a different walk-in. Turns out, I VERY OBVIOUSLY had strep throat. For example: the guy who took me back before the doctor saw me was wearing sweatpants and a puffer jacket. I got my ear checked out by doctor Mustafa who was more professional and friendly and he sent me on my way with antibiotics to pick up. He said I should be feeling better overnight or within two days and my ear problem hasn't gone away but hopefully my antibiotics just need a few more days to kick in. Overall, this place was okay. Attire isn't everything and no one was rude or disrespectful. I definitely wouldn't NOT recommend it but there is probably a more professional place within a 5 mile radius.

I had visited the Plymouth Rd location in the past, but this new location on Ann Arbor Saline Rd was more convenient for me on this occasion. Walk in or schedule online (I scheduled), and I had no wait once my time came. I was seen immediately and within 30 minutes of entering Meijer, I was leaving with my prescription in hand. We were the only ones in the office. Both my boys had been exposed to strep and were symptomatic. Dr. Looked in throat and ears, listened to their chests and prescribed Amoxicillin without conducting any lab work. Seemed very cursory and my peds Dr was shocked that they prescribed meds without conducting any lab work. I have also since talked to other Dr's who view this clinic is subpar. I have never had an experience like this with an urgent care. So now instead of her feeling better today - she has a raging fever and cant swallow. I tried 4 times to call PROGNIFY when they opened the next morning at 9am. Nobody answers. I finally get some manager on the phone who was USELESS. Had no explanation for what happened. Huge mistake! I should have stopped a long time ago but everything happens for a reason. Recently, I had terrible pain in my feet and made myself an appointment with a podiatrist who properly treated me. They requested that I get a global referral from my primary care provider. I called my primary care physician and requested one but they adamantly refused to give me one because I hadn't been seen for foot pain in her office. I find that completely ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I will not be returning. There are better providers out there
