I contacted my insurance company and they said the medicine I received didn't match the diagnosis the NP gave. After calling AFC to get it sorted out, nothing happened. Received another bill. Contacted them again and finally they fixed it. I received a bill for my $35 copay which I paid online. Just today I receive another bill for the EXACT same amount for the same service. I don't know what kind of scam or shady business they are running but this is unacceptable. Will definitely be going elsewhere from now on. Overall the atmosphere of the whole clinic/center is relaxed and laid back. There's a television in the waiting room and everything feels clean and up to date. I did not receive any physician care here but I did take advantage of the walk-in lab to get blood drawn. And when I say "drawn blood" I mean TWELVE vials (my new doc is apparently extremely thorough). The woman working at the lab was awesome. She was a little snarky but in a completely accessible warm, joking way. She was meticulous with checking and double-checking all the labs that were ordered. I warned her about my veins being crap (at most places, they stab into my arm and then "dig around" continually moving the needle under my skin and stabbing every which way until they finally get a vein - I don't mind needles or pain but it's sickening). This lady, on the other hand, felt both my veins and was careful to choose a small needle. She stuck me once, precisely, right into my vein, and got a good draw. THANK YOU, LORD. Next time I need vampirical services, I won't hesitate to return.

Seemed very cursory and my peds Dr was shocked that they prescribed meds without conducting any lab work. I have also since talked to other Dr's who view this clinic is subpar. I would recommend finding another clinic if open.

The receptionist was very kind in my opinion in person but not over the phone (she was very dismissive and was having a conversation with someone else while answering my call). Most people working had casual attire on which I guess is okay as long as care is given, it just takes away from the professionalism of it being a medical facility. For example: the guy who took me back before the doctor saw me was wearing sweatpants and a puffer jacket. I got my ear checked out by doctor Mustafa who was more professional and friendly and he sent me on my way with antibiotics to pick up. He said I should be feeling better overnight or within two days and my ear problem hasn't gone away but hopefully my antibiotics just need a few more days to kick in. Overall, this place was okay. Attire isn't everything and no one was rude or disrespectful. I definitely wouldn't NOT recommend it but there is probably a more professional place within a 5 mile radius.
