They never sent out a letter saying that the way things are going to be done in the future has changed. The staff is now angry and dysfunctional. And they think the patients have no right to be upset. The new doctor thinks he is G-d. He has no compassion for his patients and refused to write me my prescriptions which I have been taking for the past 10+ years. He is a man and nasty at that. He doesn't like being questioned about his decisions or how he is trying to impose himself on patients when it comes to their prescriptions. I did everything I was asked to do. I went to Quest had all my bloods taken. Asked them why they didn't want me to pee in a cup. They said it was not on the order. I could not imagine why. The why was because the holier then thou Dr Munez wants you to pee there at the office. Again all the rules have changed. And the office staff does not inform anyone of the changes. Seriously? I have not slept well in five days waiting to get my sleep medicine refilled. I have never hated a doctor before but I hate Family Medical and Dr Munez.

If you are looking for help in your relationship or proper guidance BEWARE of this practice. When Melissa realized we had money she went after that as fast as she could. She quickly told us that my wife needed EMDR therapy and she had to do it alone. After getting my wife in her office alone she spent the sessions trying to convince her to call her friend and lawyer Laura Giovannetti. This is a production line office and once in the pipeline the connections are used to extract as much money from the client. This practice is unethical, destructive and dangerous.
