Cons: First, I specifically made an appointment for a female therapist. I got a confirmation text that I would have a female therapist. The morning of my appointment I got another confirmation text that I would have a female therapist. When I arrived, a female walked me into the room. It was only when I was undressed, in the middle of being massaged, and the therapist started speaking that I realized a man had been massaging me. Totally inappropriate. Second, mid massage, he asked if he could add ten minutes on to the massage. I said ok. I obviously wasn't timing him. He didn't add 10, he added 30. And I was charged for the extra 30. Seemed like a scam.

I was completely unbalanced, which messed up my right knee and hip. Owwww. So I returned, and Richard worked out the knots and imbalance. I made sure that he knew not to touch my broken left foot, and kept the compression sock on. A painful, expert, and extremely effective massage. I can't say that it was enjoyable, because it wasn't. But it WORKED. I walked out of there feeling renewed. Or balanced. This is serious bodywork from expert and well-trained practitioners, at great prices. Which means that you can give a bigger tip :) They do charge a fee if you use a credit card.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I went because I get massages for back pain. I told…read morethe therapist my focus points. I paid for a 90 minute massage Therpay session. He literally touched my back and glutes for 10 min. The rest was an oil rub down. No seriously, this is no exaggeration. I ask him to please focus on the areas I signed up for. He told me he was warming up my body. Mind u, we are 60 min into the massage. When he go to my back I said that's where the pain is can u please focus there. He told me ur time is up. Come back next time for more focus on that area. Lastly he asked me would I like conversation or would I like to drift to sleep and relax. I told I like quiet so I can relax. He told me let's play it by ear and then proceeded to Talk through the entire session. He wanted me to know his vast knowledge of being a massage therapist vs doing the job I paid for. I spent 200 dollars on a cold room and a therapist who cares more about talking about his profession than actually focusing on the muscles that needed attention. The location is less than overwhelming, and it is so cold in the room I had to keep my socks on. Don't walk, run from this place.

I'm not the type of person that leaves reviews but I am leaving here VERY unrelaxed after I had a…read more90 minute massage. I have been here many times and never had an issue. The massage was good. I have no problem with the services they provide. I have always used Apple Pay when I have gone and it has never been an issue. The first time it declined I assumed it was the card because that's what she made it seem like, so, no problem. I used a different card, there was an error again. I tried a third card and at this point it was clear it was an issue with the machine. They asked if I had Zelle, I do not because my bank account does not link to it so I could not set it up even if I wanted to. At this point I was no longer relaxed, worried I'd have to call someone to come pay for me, or I don't even know. I wasn't going to leave without paying. I scrambled to search to see if I had access to a card number on my phone. Luckily I had an online account for a prepaid card which would display the number so after a few tries to find this I was able to access a number that they could manually type in. It worked and at this point I had been there about 10 minutes trying to figure out this dilemma. I had ordered an uber home before I was going to pay since I thought this would be quick but my driver waited for me and I had to cancel and pay a fee of $5 because of the late cancellation which added to my frustration. The woman at the front asked, "did that just undo all of it" and I was short but not impolite and said yes. I don't like to take my frustration off on workers so I was just trying to get out at this point. I still tipped the $15 I was planning to because I know it was not the masseuse fault and she did a good job. I was not offered any discount for the issue and ultimately I was made to feel like it was my fault because my cards weren't working but it was clearly an issue of their machine. I'm very frustrated because I like going here because it's near my work and I've never had an issue with them until now. It's very frustrating to me that a business would not value their customers enough to give some type of discount which I was not gonna take out of the tip so I ended up paying the full amount of $108. The massage was relaxing in the moment, but now I am completely unrelaxed because of this situation. It does not feel like it was worth it at this point and I feel like I just wasted my money and time.
