The space itself is clean & the front desk staff are very helpful & friendly. I met Judy who is the owner & she talked me through the membership deals they offer, which I loved! I have been to a few different massage locations, & although there is no quiet waiting room or sauna/shower room here, the massage is what made it worth it. Throughout the session I repeatedly asked her to go harder - I had a lot of knots in my upper back and shoulders - but she was lightly rubbing a lot of areas. I questioned at the front desk on my way out, and was told that she was a medium-pressure relaxation therapist. I really wasn't satisfied with that massage, and sent a message in to the owner. She called me within 30 minutes, apologized for the confusion (she agreed that the therapist's description on their website was unclear), and offered me a complimentary session! I was so impressed by their dedication to putting the customer first. I came back in and got the massage I was hoping for - Kaye is INCREDIBLE for deep tissue work, and really worked hard on the knots in my back and shoulders. Bravo Elements Ft. Wayne - thank you for so highly valuing the customer's experience. I will definitely be back!
