I went my first time about a month ago and I was a bit skeptical because I do not trust ANYONE with my hair. For years I have done my own hair and decided to go to a salon that eventually ended up ruining my hair and came here for the big fix! I was able to get in quickly and saw Bre Burkey. She color corrected my hair and was able to treat it so that the dry damaged hair would look just as good as it did before! She was patient with me in deciding the hair color I wanted. I went black last month and just yesterday after 7 hours of long hard work and patience, she was able to give me fabulous blonde highlights after ONE color removal! It looks beautiful, feels soft with little to no damage (despite the fact I bleach bleach bleach my hair) she is INCREDIBLE! I ended up tipping her $40 for such a fabulous job. She brought my confidence up and I definitely enjoy the entire atmosphere of this hair salon. Accidents happen where you make a mistake on your hair but all of the staff here made me feel in good hands after my mistake. They didn't make me feel like I was being judged. I see how they work around me and other clients. They're great. I will definitely be coming back. This was my first time here and was just told to check in and pick what you want from the screen. After getting my nails done I see the specials on the monitor. I'm sitting here writing this review as the same employee is talking with a tech with a customer sitting in the chair about a customer. They want you to pay cash and even have a convenient atm for you. They refuse to let you use your debit card or credit card to include a tip and tell you they only take cash tips, rudely I might add. The atm will only give you up to $200, and the employee couldn't figure out to use the cash for the tip and the debit card for the rest of this ridiculous bill. They charge $10 to shape your nails. My manicure didn't include soaking my hands in solution, just dry cutting my cuticles ...dry cutting my nails, I didn't want any polish and they for $40 don't even buff your nails for a shine. My niece has two cuts in her toes from her pedicure, she's a diabetic and we had the tell the tech 3 times not to scrub the bottom of her feet. Her nails were also rough. I was nicked twice but no blood on my toes. My toenails weren't cut, just filed. My nails have rough snagging edges and when I will get off of this review, I will never go there again and fix my nails. $370 for the two of us later no thank you. They do try and push drinks on you, they looked refreshing.
