I have been in bad shape lately. I have to use a walking cane, a three legged stool or crutches to get around. I got a full one hour massage here and felt like doing some acrobatics I felt so good. I then went down the street and got a frozen Daquiri and thought I had gone to heaven. It has only been a couple of days and I am seriously thinking about getting a 20 minute massage this afternoon.
