My husband had purchased a mother and I spa mani/pedis for Mother's Day. We chose a gel polish. Unknowingly, that it was going to be an additional $100! My husband had already paid for the services ahead of time. We were never told the pricing for the polish swap. When I called to speak with a manager after we had left, she told me it was probably just a language barrier between the tech and myself. And she's sorry that I was mad I had to pay more. My nails are alright. Nothing fancy. And my mom is not happy with hers at all! The tech was complaining the entire time about it taking too long. She got dip on her nails. Her nails look like she has silly putty on them. They're so thick. And clumpy on the sides. Overall, not a great experience. I'll stick to an occasional massage at the bossier location, never nails again. $300 and nothing to show for it.
