I informed the management about the issue just so they could take corrective action for the therapist, not expecting anything in return. I have been in customer service before and I realize the most valuable "constructive criticism" rarely comes from a yelp review. It is much better received by a calm conversation. With that being said, I was offered a free service with a seasoned therapist. When I returned I got a fantastic massage from Tequila who handled herself with the upmost professionalism.
