She went out of her way to make it look like I was to blame for that somehow! ...and also envented some apparent bruise I also came in with on my left calf. I told her I never had a bruise on my left calf and she never pointed it out to me ,as she also claimed she did. When confronted with that she said "Oh it was another Client." Not apologetic at all. Finally with regard to the right lower leg bruise where I told her that was where she placed the needle ..she sort of implied ,a well what do you expect attitude...this is acupuncture. Well I expect professional practitioners to not be deceptive and be capable of owning up to any mishaps. I totally lost any trust in her as an acupuncturist and honestly would not recommend her. It was just an overall weird experience.

My RMT was really easy going, easy to chat with, and was competent in providing the massage I needed to help me heal. I definitely recommend them if you're thinking of going. I always feel nice and relaxed after a session with her. She lets me know what exercise I can do at home to further help my back issues. Currently she only works 2 days a week and she has another RMT there to cover the rest of the days (I have never used the other RMT so I can't comment on that, however if Sophi picked her then I know she must be good).
