Both massages were good however the reception could use some work…read more The first visit ended with the receptionist arguing with me about "undertipping" when I asked for a certain amount of change back after paying for the service. The total difference she was arguing was a $2 difference. The whole time she was holding my change hostage until I agreed with her. I did hold my ground and tipped what I was planning in the end but it was definitely uncalled for behavior. I could tell on my second visit that I was marked in the system some how because I was then required to pay prior to service and then was questioned by the staff to confirm when my last visit was. Tipping culture has gotten out of control and to be treated like this over $2 is crazy. Will not be returning.
