Dr. Greene is the best. He is data driven and provides explanations for everything along the way and never made us feel like a burden with our many questions and concerns. He is also one of the kindest and happiest doctors I've had the pleasure of working with. He encouraged us at every turn from our 3rd IUI, 2 rounds of IVF and 1 FET. The nursing team (shoutout to Lindsay and Tasha!), sonographers (Sonja!), phlebotomists, billing (Nichole and Renee!), front desk and embryologists are also incredible. They are genuine, knowledgable and responsive. The nurses helped me in a pinch when my medication didn't arrive on time and saved the day (and the whole cycle!). In addition, Conceptions consistently has the highest success rates in the state and the country. We felt truly blessed to be in their care during such a difficult time of our lives. Thank you so much to every single person at Conceptions for guiding us to our beautiful baby girl.

We left after we attempted 2 IUI procedures where they didn't let me know when to come back to followups and we missed the window and money was charged for ultrasounds and blood work. Worst company ever.

He asked us tons of good questions and really wanted to get to know our situation rather than jump straight to IVF. We've struggled with infertility for 2 years and spent a year at a fertility clinic in Los Angeles (where we used to live), doing tests and 4 failed IUIs. At another consultation at Conceptions, Dr. Bush said IVF was really our only hope. But Dr. Gustofson at CCRM carefully looked at our records, noticed some areas where the Los Angeles clinic should have done better, and recommended trying IUI again. Dr. G is like a brilliant expert coach who wants to come alongside you to figure out the puzzle pieces. After our first IUI with him, we are now pregnant for the first time! We could have considered IVF if that was best for us, but we're so thankful that he took the time to really get to know our situation. After every conversation he asks "what other questions do you have?" and is always personable and knowledgeable. Also at CCRM, we have a dedicated nurse (Chris, who is amazing!) who has always gotten back to us the same day on questions, and calls us personally to explain lab results. The entire place is so well organized. Even before our positive pregnancy test we knew they had taken a process that was so painful and turned it into something filled with hope and answers. Can't recommend them highly enough!

She took her time with me to explain in depth to make sure I understood all the medical jargon and really personalized my experience, the way I've always felt it should be. I am so grateful to have found her and I will continue to see her even after I healed. She was also very conscientious of my budget and tried to accommodate my needs without ordering me to perform a bunch of unnecessary testing at once. An amazing and truly passionate doctor. I highly recommend her. As a plus, she had a lovely office, lovely staff, and a great range of supplements.

We…read moreknew that if we wanted our conception to come easily and to have a healthy pregnancy, having a solid state of health first was very important. Kodiak provided us with so much information to get us going on the right path, and really listened to where we were both at in order to figure out the best plan of action for us. After our first meeting with her, we were both full of inspiration and were already well on our way to conceiving a healthy child. Shortly after, we were able to conceive without any difficulty, and we soon began our maternity consultations with her to ensure a healthy pregnancy. Kodiak has been wonderful at ensuring she gets all the details about our health histories as well as witnessing how my diet has changed through my pregnancy, and has helped me stay on track. We just had our first cooking lesson with her and we really enjoyed it. She got us to look at our kitchen in a different light, and I am no longer resistant to cutting onions - something I would rarely do willingly. Kodiak has an obvious love of working with pregnant parents, and it is clear that she takes the time to do research, not just for pregnancy in general, but for me as an individual. With my health history, I had been told by doctors that it would be difficult to conceive and maintain a pregnancy. Kodiak has been very supportive and reassuring through my pregnancy, and I can now laugh in those doctors' faces.

I was determined to get to the bottom of it and if I had to totally cut out everything I was eating, so be it. But I needed help. I don't cook and I didn't know where to begin. Starting with my first consultation with Kodiak, I knew I was in good hands. As a certified Health Coach and constant student of health and wellness, I knew my stuff, but it's hardest to work on yourself. I was skeptical, but within minutes, Kodiak made me feel comfortable with her knowledge and blew me away with her in-depth understanding of nutrition as therapy. She took the time to really listen and genuinely care about me and our situation. With her help and her most incredible cooking, I uncovered things I didn't even expect to uncover. She taught me things and she made me feel so well cared for. It was nice to totally let go and let someone else care for you. Anyway, I truly wish I had her by my side during my pregnancy. Nutrition and holistic healing should be in every parent's tool box. As Hippocrates said "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." Kodiak gets this. I didn't get into herbal medicine yet but as a new mom, I plan to. Kodiak is a clinical herbalist and a great person to have on your side. Anyway, clearly, I recommend her and think highly of her services.

When I wanted to share the results with my boyfriend now husband I realized I tested positive for HSV-1. This although might seem common in USA but it was news to me. I had gotten it from my ex-husband. So the doctor made an assumption to not share this. No big deal... let's move on. Second time I went to the doctor sharing I have very painful periods in 2023. The doctor did a vaginal ultrasound and said they didn't find any problem and everything looks good. I dont have pcos or anything else. It's just my physiology that causes painful periods and they can prescribe a stronger pain reliever. 1.5 years later my endocrinologist does a renal ultrasound and finds an ovarian cyst. They feel concerned and a few months later they repeat the exam and the cyst persisted and has slightly grown. I call my obgyn receptionist and notify them about this and they mention that I have had cysts before. I am shocked to hear this. I call again to get more details and find that I had a complex cyst on my left ovary and a simple cyst on my right side. Well 1.5 years later the complex cyst has doubled in size. I had a co-worker ask me for obgyn recommendations stating they wanted to change their's due to poor bed side manners. It turned out it was Dr. Christine Hansen. I wasn't surprised since I had heard this before. I chose to stay because she was recommended to me by a close friend who is a local and I agreed with her this doctor does feel smart. I do think this doctor is smart, but she makes assumptions and keeps info from you. She doesn't trust that your genuine concerns and dismisses them (for whatever reason). I can't trust her a third time. Regarding all the negative reviews for the receptionist, I have to thank her. This one star is for her. Now the painful periods make sense.
