Here we are two FULL weeks later not one nail has broken. I'm going to see her tomorrow, I don't think I'll go to anyone but her! Her design was just Exactly like I showed her as well. Secondly, we requested the hot stone package and said it 2 times the tech pressured us by saying to take the volcano pedicure because it was "better". I don't agree I would have preferred what I asked for. Third, my sister asked for French tips and told her tech to trim her nails, the tech made her nails too short and apologize to my sister and said she was going to have to paint her whole toenails all white because her toenails were too short for French tips. That was not something my sister asked for. Luckily I did not ask for a French tip, however, mine were also cut entirely too short. And when asked me what color I wanted I was given no samples to choose from there were no colors to look at to choose from any where. Fourth, the people that came in to get their nails fixed, we're not routine, they had just been in either the day before or earlier that day, and they came in complaining.
