I picked them up and it turns out I only booked a bath. It was my mistake. But I emailed them explaining that I had made a mistake and thought I was booking a bath and a shave but when I picked them up they had only been bathed and nails trimmed. I asked if I could bring them back in for a shave and pay the difference of what it would've cost if I had booked the correct appointment first. They got me in the very next day to get the shaiving taken care of. Great great great customer service and beautiful work on my doggies. I'll make sure to book the correct ones next time. Another great "spa" experience for my Lily Belle! I take my dogs here since they've opened and always recommend this place to my neighbors and friends. There's no other groomers that I trust. They always do an excellent job on their cuts and groom. I also receive the best service here by far! From the moment you reserve to when you pickup they super friendly here. I like how that you can see the groomers when they work (and not behind walls like most places). They also text you when they finished their wash and when they are almost finished. My dog is very nervous around groomers, which makes me sad and scared to think about what has happened to her at grooming in the past. I was comforted when they asked me for vaccination records when booking her appointment, which just insinuates a place that does their due diligence. Secondly, their groomers are working with fully visible windows - this means that they're comfortable showing how they treat the dogs as they're grooming them (it makes me uneasy when they take dogs to a back room without any visibility). The person who checked us in was extremely friendly and informative. He assured me that they'd text with updates and they actually did. His estimate was pretty spot-on with pick up time and I was happy to hear how she was doing. He even texted me after with a product suggestion since I had expressed concern about her teeth. As far as the groom went, our dog is 9, so we've gone through our fair share of groomers in her lifetime. Her face is tough to get right, since we don't want to keep it long, but also want her to stay as cute and fluffy as possible. It's safe to say that Well Groomed Pets delivered on a great groom especially since it was their first time. Our girl came home looking so adorable and the most lady like I've ever seen. I have taken my two pups, Copper and Jasper to a couple of different grooming locations throughout Vegas and have not felt fully satisfied with the experience each time. This place is a gem! First time taking our dog Logan and I was very impressed and happy with the overall experience. Our dog is 8 years old and is just a ball of nerves. Grooming appointments are never smooth for us. It's always difficult to get him to calm down and he's always trying to run for the door. I didn't think a happy and smooth experience was even possible for us. Walking into this place was different, it was very spacious and quiet, check in was very smooth and Logan was surprisingly very calm. They kept us updated throughout the entire appointment via text and were very warm and welcoming. When I called to make an appointment, the intake process asked me details to help develop a grooming plan and provided ideas to help our dog become more familiar with the facility if grooming could not begin as planned or be completed once started. Best dog groomer West of the Mississippi. Prove me wrong. These guys are simply the best. Our family has 2 dogs - one is so big she might as well be a horse at 111 lbs. Anyway, Moxie is a scaredy-cat. You couldn't tell from her size (German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix), but she was a rescue who probably suffered through some abuse as a pup because she has trust issues. This is the first place I ever saw her warm up to anyone walking into the door. Unbelievable. She walked up to Josh like an old friend. Dogs can sense things we can't that alone proved that there was something special about this place. It's well kept and clean. The entrance has a spa feel, not antiseptic or chaotic like some of the big box retail groomers. My wife and I were busy with the garage sale in our community so we had to leave quickly. Halfway through the cleaning, my wife gets a text. It's a text from Josh with a picture of Moxie along with some notes - Moxie had dry skin so they applied conditioner, Kahya (our 60lbs Boxer/Rhodesian Ridgeback) was drying off. While they preempted with a disclosure about not being vets, they noted that there was tenderness in Moxies left rear foot and the lump on Kahya's back may be a cyst that requires a closer look by a vet. Mind blown. This level of detail warrants a coat easily twice what we paid. And it was more than reasonable. I highly recommend these groomers and I dare say they're the best in the West! read more

My little Cherry Pie is always well-taken care of when she goes in for grooming. When I picked her up, they let me know her nail was so long it was digging in to her paw. You guys give a good haircut. That's where it ends. 4th time there and the last visit. 1st it's the most expensive place in town, 2nd they had my dog 5 hours and 46 minutes. For an hours work that means my dog has been in a cage all day and seeing as how he drinks a gallon of water the minute he gets in the door means 6 hours with no water. I paid to have him groomed not kenneled. This assessment is based on 3 of those visits, all over 5 hours. Even if it's just a trim and bath. Though it's a good haircut I can't recommend the stress your dog is going to get. read more

Wow!!! Brought my Cavalier King Charles pups in (1 + 1.5 yr) for a deluxe bath and grooming. Wow!! They were super communicative, sent pictures during the process, called for clarification on the cut.. and knocked it out of the park.
